Over the weekend, a handful of our favorite Fab faces suited up in something sexy to celebrate the Spike Scream Awards. Megan Fox chose peach, Blake Lively went long and gray in Lanvin, and Halle Berry showed off her stems in sequins. Kelly Osbourne brought color and print via her polka-dotted look, but otherwise, the sultry red carpet looks were predominately black, with Emma Roberts, Rutina Wesley, Nina Dobrev, and Nikki Reed all wearing a variation of the LBD. The ladies stayed neutral on the Spike Scream Awards red carpet in LA on Saturday night. Nina Dobrev arrived in black while Nikki Reed chose a fun one-shoulder Alice and Olivia LBD. Neve Campbell represented the Scream franchise in a short, sparkly number, and Anna Paquin stopped for a picture without her carpet companion Stephen Moyer to show off her sexy dress and Brian Atwood pumps. Things were a little more colorful inside with Megan Fox presenting in a peach mini and Kristen Stewart wearing bright white as she accepted two awards for Twilight. It was the vampires from True Blood that ruled the stage, though, as Alexander Skarsgard beat out Stephen Moyer for Best Horror Actor and their HBO hit took home the Best TV Show win. His girlfriend, Kate Bosworth, supported him from backstage and celebrated with his costars. The gang from Vampire Diaries, Nina, Ian Somerhalder, and Paul Wesley, presented Anna Paquin with Best Horror Actress. Halle Berry turned up the heat in a gold sequin dress, and things got even hotter as Neve, David Arquette, Emma Roberts, and director Wes Craven introduced a scary clip from Scream 4. Ryan Reynolds rounded out the night's hottest men as his Green Lantern won Most Anticipated Movie. The show also paid tribute to past hits with a 25th anniversary celebration of Back to the Future and a funny look at Bill Murray reprising his role in Ghostbusters. The whole thing airs on Spike TV on Tuesday at 9 p.m.!

Kristen Stewart stepped on stage in a shiny LWD at the Spike Scream Awards in LA Saturday night. She popped back to California for the evening from Louisiana where she and the rest of the cast are getting ready to take on the final Twilight installment. She won Best Fantasy Actress for her role in Eclipse and thanked her fans with a short speech. Kristen later got back in the spotlight to accept Best Fantasy Movie with her Twilight costars, Nikki Reed and Jackson Rathbone. We chatted with Nikki and Jackson about the amazing Breaking Dawn script, staying in costume as their Twilight characters for Halloween, and getting excited to film in Louisiana — check it out after the jump! Kristen and Robert Pattinson has been inseperable lately with multiple date nights while they gear up for filming the next installment of the series. Robert didn't join his lady or his cast at the exciting award show where he won Best Fantasy Actor since he's already in New Orleans getting ready for Breaking Dawn.
