Last night's Billboard Awards, held at Las Vegas's MGM Grand Arena, were star-studded from start to finish. A pantless Britney Spears and Rihanna kicked off the proceedings with a scantily clad rendition of "S&M," and Brit later took the stage again for a performance with her tourmate Nicki Minaj. Beyoncé Knowles was another of the evening's biggest draws, and she was on hand to sing her new tune "Run the World (Girls)." There was an honor in store for Beyoncé as well, since she took home the Millennium Award and made a heartfelt acceptance speech that included a shout-out to her husband, Jay-Z. The night seemed to belong to Taylor Swift, though, with her win for Artist of the Year. Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez's live kiss gave Taylor some competition for the spotlight, however. The festivities were presided over by The Hangover Part II's Ken Jeong, who had some help from his costars Bradley Cooper and Zach Galifianakis in introducing urban music — that is, tunes from Keith Urban.

The event was full of exciting moments that started with fashion-filled red-carpet appearances from Fergie, Nicole Kidman, and others, and continued inside during the show. Britney Spears took the stage twice for provocative performances with Rihanna and Nicki Minaj, while Beyoncé Knowles belted out "Run the World (Girls)" and thanked Jay-Z after accepting the Millennium Award. Billboard Awards Performance Moments: Sexy or Cliché?
Last night musicians gathered together for this year's Billboard Awards. The glittery spectacle was full of sensual performances and barely dressed songstresses, but during the solo and duet performances of Britney Spears and Rihanna I couldn't help but feel like the target audience was your average 15-year-old boy. From a pillow fight to stripper poles, see the hottest moments from the show (one of which was too hot to air) and tell me, are they sexy or a bit overdone?
Get the Look: Taylor Swift at the 2011 Billboard Awards
At last night's Billboard Awards, Taylor Swift was a vision wearing hot pink lipstick and vanilla and rose eye shadow shades. "The pastel colors we used to frame Taylor's eyes were really a reflection of the gorgeous palette and beading of her Elie Saab gown," said celebrity makeup artist Lorrie Turk, who worked with Taylor to create her stunning look. The New LBD: Get a Closer Look at Fergie's Billboard Music Awards Light Dress
Fergie is no stranger to geeky stage costumes, so I wasn't all that surprised to see her wearing a light dress at last night's Billboard Music Awards.
The "new" little black dress, which was designed by Philips and B. Akerlund, used light-infused, curve-hugging fabric to light up with the beat of the music. Of course, Fergie wasn't the only one outfitted in light — Will.i.Am wore a crazy pink plastic helmet, which you can see (along with more pics of Fergie's dress) in the slideshow!
Celebs Glam Up For the Billboard Awards — Who's Most Fab?
Last night in Vegas, both music and fashion were at the forefront as celebs took to the red carpet for the annual Billboard Awards. Among the styled arrivals, we spotted Fergie in a bold, Hervé Léger cutout mini, while Nicole Kidman played a mix of casual glamour in an embellished Dolce & Gabbana and looser, side-swept braid. Meanwhile, Rihanna suited up in white-on-white Max Azria menswear, and Selena Gomez showed off a sultrier side in a cutout, black Dolce & Gabbana paired with red Giuseppe Zanotti heels. But it was Taylor Swift that brought the most glamorous of the night's looks, channeling old Hollywood in a sparkling Elie Saab gown, soft waves, and a bright red pout. Like most music award shows, this one brought a range of looks, now it's time to narrow it down to your favorite — which red carpet style is the standout?
Selena, Rihanna, Taylor, and More Light Up the Billboard Red Carpet
The red carpet at last night's Billboard Awards was chock full of stars ready to get the musical party started. Nicole Kidman, in Dolce & Gabanna, was on hand to show support for her husband Keith Urban, though she was quick to offer a hug to young star Selena Gomez. Selena looked mature in a tight Dolce & Gabanna dress with cutout sides, and the form-fitting outfits kept coming from other celebs like a Mark Fast-clad Nicki Minaj and Ke$ha, in Jad Ghanour. Rihanna, still rocking her red hair, stepped out in an all-white Max Azria suit. Taylor Swift, though, went the sequined route with Elie Saab on her way inside Las Vegas's MGM Grand Garden Arena. It was a big evening for Taylor, who was up for multiple awards. She ended up taking home the honor for Artist of the Year with her album Speak Now and later accepted Country Artist of the Year. There was lots of excitement at the show, including hot sets from Britney Spears and Rihanna — stay tuned for lots of photos from the stage.
Britney Spears Has Jason Trawick's Support Backstage at the Billboard Awards
Britney Spears steamed up the stage with Rihanna, and later Nicki Minaj, at last night's Billboard Awards in Las Vegas. In her seat and backstage, however, it was boyfriend Jason Trawick who was right by her side. The couple cozied up in the audience during an evening of focusing on Britney's career, though Jason recently left her talent agency, William Morris Endeavor. He's now planning to join another firm called Famos, which has backing from the likes of Mick Jagger. Their personal relationship continues regardless, and Jason was there to support Britney despite her not having any nominations this year.
Beyoncé Knowles Runs the Billboard Awards Show With a Hot Performance and a Sweet Acceptance Speech
Beyoncé Knowles took center stage at the Billboard Awards in Las Vegas tonight. She performed her new single, "Run the World (Girls)," in a sexy sparkling barely there dress before being presented with the Millennium Award. The honor recognizes Beyoncé's music and her involvement in The Survivor Foundation's humanitarian work. The singer was not only celebrated with a statue, but also with a video tribute that included clips from First Lady Michelle Obama, Lady Gaga, Stevie Wonder, and her mom Tina. Beyoncé kept it in the family when accepting the award and gave a shout-out to her husband Jay-Z in her speech.
