I guess that Hil has buried the hatchet with her ex, which seems like a good thing since as far as I can tell he was never worth all the drama. As Pop put it all the way back in 2005, this is what LL and Hilary were fighting over? Heh. Well, the starlets made up a while back so I guess he wanted to get in on the truce action. Thankfully Hilary has moved on with her life in so many ways (and has a hot new guy) since she was Lizzie Maguire fighting with Lohan over this guy.

Aaron who? Isn't he like 12. I know, I know, I don't usually report anything on the Carter family but the 18 year old proposed in Vegas and it's a slow news day. Apparently he was really nervous. Singer Aaron Carter is engaged to Playboy Playmate Kari Ann Peniche, the bride-to-be confirms to PEOPLE.

Carter, 18, popped the question to Peniche (who previously dated Aaron's brother Nick) on Saturday in Las Vegas while they were onstage in front of 200 people during the Playboy Comedy Tour at the Palms Casino Resort.

The couple, who plan to wed in the next six months, hugged and kissed after Peniche accepted the proposal, Playboy tour producer and comedian Cort McCown tells PEOPLE.

Sounds like true love. A proposal in front of 200 strangers a month before he needs press. Does anyone else think it's weird he is marrying someone his brother dated? Should we start taking bets now on if these two actually make it down the aisle?
