Poor Tori can't catch a break. She spoke out about how she was coping with her father's passing and was even planning a tribute on ABC in Aaron's honor. At least she was until Candy crushed that idea. In the latest chapter of the best Aaron Spelling soap opera, mother and daughter are at it once again. Here's more:
A special tribute to the late TV producer Aaron Spelling to be hosted by daughter Tori will not air on ABC this fall as planned – after Spelling's widow and Tori's mother, Candy Spelling, blocked the project, a source confirms to PEOPLE.
Tori was to have served both as host and executive producer of the ABC tribute, according to the source, who said: "All of his (Aaron's) stars had signed on and some interviews had already been taped. … But Candy wouldn't release the clips of his shows because Tori was involved in the project. She had it killed."
Candy Spelling's representative, Kevin Sasaki, confirmed to PEOPLE that she had "talked to ABC about releasing the clips for the tribute," but denies that Candy stopped the show. Instead, he says, "she didn't feel the timing was right … since the Emmys were doing a big tribute to her husband around the same time."
Daddy's little girl is not getting spoiled anymore. Aaron Spelling is leaving behind a $500 million fortune but it looks like Tori will get less than $1 million. Extra reports:
As the tabloid-soaked story makes the latest cover of Us Weekly, the magazine's Katrina Szish told us the feud could turn into a dynasty duel. "Extra" has obtained a copy of Spelling's will, and the secret inside could spell trouble for Tori.
"Tori and her mom, Candy, have been estranged and feuding for years," Szish said. "Candy is executor of the will, and therefore she is in charge of divvying up the $500 million fortune."
Us Weekly reports that Tori is set to inherit $200,000, plus $600,000 in investments, that is unless Tori's mother wants to give her more.
"Tori, Aaron's only daughter is getting less than a million dollars," Szish said. "And Candy's manicurist will get $25,000, and their home decorator will get $50,000."
Damn. That's gotta hurt. I wonder if Dean is now pissed he left his wife and kids for what he thought was a sure thing in terms of money and instead they will be in the poor house - at least in Hollywood terms.

TMZ has learned that Candy Spelling, Aaron's widow, has quietly put the Spellings' legendary mansion on the market for $150 million.
Sources in the real estate industry say Westside Estate Agency (WEA) has a pocket listing on the 56,000 square foot estate, meaning it is is quietly being shopped among realtors and select buyers. The mansion, located in the exclusive Holmby Hills area of L.A., was completed in 1991 for around $47 million, which includes $10 million for the land.
One real estate source says Candy Spelling has let a lot of people on the staff go and that the buzz is that she is going to shut the house down so it can be shown by realtors. Aaron Spelling died on June 23.
Since Tori decided to make her father's death a tabloid cover story, her mother, Candy decided to let everyone know how they feel about Tori. Sad but true, the Spellings have become a real life soap-opera. Candy released this statement as reported by ET:
"We are deeply saddened that, during our time of loss and grief, we are forced to respond to the media frenzy caused by the mean-spirited and surprising comments made by Tori to the press, just two days after the passing of [AARON SPELLING]. As we try to honor his memory with love and respect, the sudden media frenzy she has created at this sensitive time is hurtful and very disturbing. Aaron's legacy deserved pure and unadulterated tribute and recognition which, sadly, has been tainted.
"Everyone deals with grief in a different way, and since Tori chose not to be here at that time, we believe she is having a harder time dealing with that loss. We understand how difficult it might have been for her to be here, and, perhaps, more difficult for her after she arrived. Aaron loved both his children with all his heart, and he understood how hard it was for her.
"We hope Aaron will be remembered with reverence and spirit for the monumental legacy he has left and not for the petty and tabloid headlines which have marred his articles of remembrance. We have mourned our great loss as a family and will continue to do so as that is what Aaron deserved."
No wonder her family hates her. Tori is using Daddy's death to get on the cover of US Weekly. Apparently she is devastated she found out about Aaron's passing via BlackBerry while she was in Toronto. However, apparently his horrible stroke was not enough to bring her home to him in the first place. US Weekly reports:
On the night of June 23, Tori Spelling sat in Betty’s restaurant in Toronto, Canada, when she received the heartbreaking news via BlackBerry that her father, legendary producer, Aaron, had passed away: “A friend of mine had seen a TV report and e-mailed me, ‘I’m so sorry. I just heard your father died.’ And I was just in total shock,” Tori tells Us. Her sorrow quickly turned to anger.
“My first thought was, I can’t believe my mom didn’t call me!” Actually, it wasn’t a total surprise since Tori, 33, and her mom, Candy have been in a longstanding feud. Because of the estrangement, the self-proclaimed daddy’s girl had only seen her 83-year-old father – whose health had been failing for months – on one occasion since last September. And that tearful visit, at the urging of her brother, Randy, 27 (also an actor), was on June 11, just two weeks before Aaron Spelling died.

A private burial service was held Sunday for Aaron Spelling. While Tori was reportedly there, People did not include Dean on that list. Also, a released statement from the family did not include Tori. Something weird is going on but at least everyone agrees on one thing - Aaron will be a very missed man. Here's more:
"Our extreme sadness and grief is comforted by the overwhelming number of heartfelt calls we have received," Candy and Randy Spelling said in a statement released earlier by Sasaki. "We are truly grateful for the outpouring of love and sympathy expressed by so many friends and colleagues who knew Aaron. Our family is truly appreciative of everyone's love and support."

Nicole and Keith are aiming for a "normal wedding" even though the reported 230 guests do not even know where or when the wedding will take place. It is also reported that she will be wearing a Balenciaga white gown with a high collar. It will be amazing if these two can pull off a "normal" anything with all the cameras in their face over the past few days.
Also getting married this weekend is Desperate Housewife and ex-Melrose Place star Marcia Cross. I wonder if Aaron Spelling was invited. Anyway, Marcia is marrying Tom Mahoney. ET reports:
Details are being kept under wraps, but we've learned that the couple will exchange their vows at a beachfront hotel outside of Los Angeles and that several of Marcia's co-stars from the hit ABC series are on the guest list. The marriage will be the first for both.
I wonder which wedding dress she decided to wear. She modeled a few gorgeous gowns in InStyle last December. As for the secret location, let's just say I bet it's a "Ritzy" one.
First there was the devastating news that Aaron Spelling suffered from a stroke earlier this week. Now we head into the weekend with the news that he has passed away.
