Lindsay, who was in court last week and posted $300,000 bail on Friday, is making the most of her time as a free woman before returning to rehab — she even found time after her sunbathing to visit a homeless shelter. Her professional plans, meanwhile, seem to be unaffected by her latest legal troubles. Inferno is apparently still moving forward as planned, but LL may be replaced by Taylor Swift in the upcoming comedy One Night With You.

Lindsay Lohan strapped on boxing gloves and slipped into workout gear at Muscle Milk's women's retreat in Beverly Hills yesterday. Lindsay looked ready to kick some ass, and, of course, her pants covered up her famous SCRAM anklet as she toned up that bikini body. She had some aggression to get out — tweeting that she pretended the trainer's pads were paparazzi. She had some further stress to deal with this week when her assistant quit and she faced more legal trouble for setting off her alcohol monitor. Despite any setbacks, Lindsay is everywhere all at once and attempting her career comeback.

Lindsay Lohan wore boots to cover her SCRAM yesterday as she left her house to attend an alcohol education class in LA. She brought along cigarettes and a bottle of the True Blood-inspired beverage made from blood oranges, Tru-Blood. Lindsay wasn't so modest about covering her anklet on Tuesday when she posed for her latest round of bikini photos. Lindsay's trying to get back on track after almost going to jail earlier this week when her monitor reported that she'd partied too hard after the MTV Movie Awards, though Dina says she just had a drink spilled down her leg. LL needs to stay out of prison in order to film Inferno, and the project's director says she's going to "blow people's minds." LL is also a wanted woman for the next season of Celebrity Apprentice if Donald Trump gets his way.
