The stars gathered in LA last night for the BET Awards where they paid tribute to Michael Jackson. Joe was on the red carpet talking about how much Michael would have appreciated the outpouring of love and support and once the show started Janet took the stage on behalf of the Jackson family. She said, "My entire family wanted to be here tonight, but it was just too painful so they elected me to speak with all of you. I would just like to say that to you, Michael is an icon. To us, Michael is family, and he will forever live in all of our hearts. On behalf of my family and myself, thank you for all your love; thank you for all your support." Jamie Foxx performed "I'll Be There" and showed off his attempt at MJ moves to "Beat It." The red carpet was full of beauty highlights and other performances included Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z, but there was no question that the night belonged to Michael amid so many rumors and stories surrounding his untimely passing.

Formal wear was in order last night in NYC for the Metropolitan Opera's 125th anniversary gala at Lincoln Center. Joshua Jackson and Diane Kruger looked picture perfect and totally gorgeous as ever hand in hand on the red carpet. Mary-Kate Olsen showed off a new glam look and it even looks like she got her hair done for the occasion, while Ginnifer Goodwin looked demure in black. Kanye West is continuing to show off Amber Rose, who dressed a little more appropriately and let her man have a solo moment on the red carpet for all the cameras. This time it wasn't just another Manhattan party, but an honoring of an opera that so many people love to watch.

Kate Moss finally hit the London Fashion Week parties last night, bringing Jamie Hince along to a bash for Another Magazine, which is edited by her ex, Jefferson Hack. Kanye West and his girlfriend Amber Rose joined Kate at the Double Club to toast the current issue's cover girl, Tilda Swinton. Kate kept the midnight oil burning with an afterparty at her friend's house, heading home with Jamie at 5 a.m. Never one to let her partying get in the way of some retail therapy, she was up bright and early today to shop her way around the city in pink with her assistant Fiona before she joined another pal for a trip to the Queen's Pub.
