The annual event celebrates the magazine's rankings of the worlds best destinations, hotels, and more. The ladies posed for pictures together on the red carpet, then headed inside to mingle with other celebs like Emma Roberts and her on-again man Chord Overstreet, Rachel Leigh Cook, and chef Wolfgang Puck. Reese Witherspoon reunited with her Mud costar Matthew McConaughey at last night's Art Mere/Art Pere benefit for Lance Armstrong's Livestrong Foundation in LA. She posed for photos solo on the Corzo, JetBlue, and OpenSky-sponsored red carpet before heading in to mingle and meet up with her husband, Jim Toth, whose father, James Toth, Sr., was being honored. Matthew was happy to take pictures with an arm around his partner Camila Alves, as newlyweds Amy Smart and Carter Oosterhouse did the same. Funny people Melissa McCarthy, Aubrey Plaza, and Aziz Ansari made the rounds too, and the girls stopped for a photo with Dexter's Colin Hanks. We snagged a moment with Melissa on the red carpet, and while she admitted to being thrilled with the acting opportunities coming her way, she said she's really hoping for a cameo on Yo Gabba Gabba to impress her kids. Amy Smart married Carter Oosterhouse nearly two weeks ago on Sept. 10, and we have a first look at the pictures from their ceremony and reception! Their big day went down in Traverse City, MI, which is the place where Carter grew up and where Amy's parents coincidentally live. It was a rustic affair featuring a bar that HGTV host Carter actually built, and Amy wore a Carolina Herrera dress along with her Ann Taylor-clad bridesmaids. Shortly after exchanging vows, the happy couple released a statement that said, "We feel so excited and blessed to celebrate this happy day with our family and friends." Jessica Alba glammed up with a mani-pedi yesterday afternoon as she prepped to host the opening of the Beverly Hills Rimowa store last night. The actress looked radiant in bold blue eyeliner and a look by Lanvin at the luxury luggage brand's party, which also drew the likes of Brad Goreski, Amy Smart, and True Blood star Joe Manganiello. We spoke with the soon-to-be mother of two, who told us she's been working to juggle pregnancy while caring for her toddler, Honor. The duo are back in LA following a girls' getaway to Cabo, where Jessica showed off her baby bump in a bikini and splashed in the water with her daughter. Jessica's career keeps her jet-setting for much of the year, so she also shared her expert travel tips and revealed the item she and Honor both require when they fly. Jessica said:

• On how pregnancy is different the second time around: "I'm chill. I was freaked my first time going into labor. Like, what if I panic? What if I just freak out and I don't know what to do? It's a little bit harder on the body because my daughter still wants to be picked up. Ever since my belly popped, she really is on me!"
• On why it's important to have a nice suitcase: "For me, a great luggage is like a great pair of shoes because I use my luggage so much. And I'm that girl that actually uses the lifetime warranty on my luggage because my zippers break all the time and I sit on my luggage. It never fails, no matter how big the luggage or how many pieces I have, I have to sit on my luggage to close it. It's nice to have something that's literally indestructible, and there's nothing like this brand . . . I also like that it's chic and it's understated, and it's like a mixture of masculine and feminine. You get that little bit of shine, but it's still quite sturdy."
• On how traveling with kids changes things: "It's two suitcases you have to sit on to close!"
• On her travel essentials: "Eye cream. I have a blanket that I travel with . . . it's so dorky! But I travel with it on the plane all the time, and Honor has one too, actually."
• On her packing tips: "I use these bags inside my luggage that take out all the air, and keeps everything separate. And then when something gets dirty, on one side is clean and one side is dirty. It keeps everything compartmentalized and organized. And I pack in outfits. If I have three days and three nights, I literally have the entire outfit together, so I don't have to think."
• On her favorite Summer read: "I just got a new one that I just started, that's a little depressing, called Room. But I just finished the Patti Smith book [Just Kids] and it was great."

Amy Smart and Carter Oosterhouse smiled for cameras outside of their NYC hotel Thursday. The duo announced their engagement last week and Amy Smart showed off her gorgeous diamond ring at an event on Thursday. The appearance was in support of The Body Shop's three-minute shower challenge to promote water conservation. Amy and Carter have a shared interest in eco-activism, and the couple apparently celebrated Earth Day on Friday by bathing together. Carter also observed the holiday by sharing green tips and outdoor design ideas on The Today Show as an extension of his weekly HGTV show, Carter Can. Amy also has a place on the small screen in Showtime's Shameless, which was recently renewed for a second season.
