Chelsea Handler and her on-again boyfriend, Andre Balazs, got festive during their trip to Rome on Wednesday. The couple, who are back together after splitting in November 2011, wore toga-inspired outfits to tour the city. Chelsea and Andre visited the Galleria Borghese Museum, relaxed on a bench in the garden, and then doubled up on a Vespa to ride to dinner. On Tuesday they were spotted snapping pictures while checking out Marcello's Roman theater, Piazza Navona, and the Pantheon. The vacation comes a week after the finale of Are You There, Chelsea? aired on NBC to wrap up its first season. Chelsea is still on the small screen, though, with her Chelsea Lately and After Lately talk shows still running.
The Fashion Week fun continues in NYC, with Sarah Jessica Parker heading out last night to take in the Halston show. It's her first presentation since being named Chief Creative Officer of the brand last month, and she had nothing but praise for their designer Marios Schwab. "We are really proud of him," she said. "It's not as if I had anything to do with it but I know that the birthing process is really hard." Marc Jacobs, meanwhile, put on a less star-studded than usual event, though his fiance Lorenzo Martone took a break from planning their wedding later this year to celebrate at the staff-only after-party with Rachel Zoe. It was a starlet convention at Jill Stuart, with Jessica Szohr, Michelle Trachtenberg, and Mena Suvari in the front row. AnnaLynne McCord made a cameo there, after she was mum about being in the same city as rumored boyfriend Kellan Lutz. Both Fab and Bella are in the Big Apple covering the scene, so stay tuned for updates on all the action!

Daphne Guinness Trades in Skunk-Striped Hair for All Black, Swims in Pool Clothed for Art Basel Performance Piece
>> Daphne Guinness, who has experienced an increase in industry attention this year between her Comme des Garcons-backed perfume and her tendency to wear the unwearable shoe — from Alexander McQueen and Nina Ricci under Olivier Theyskens, in particular, has traded in her iconic skunk-striped hair for a new look. When she flew in to Miami from London for Art Basel, she debuted an all-black coif, causing many, apparently, to not recognize her.
She joined beau Andre Balazs at the festivities, and later close friend and photographer David LaChapelle, with whom she presented "an incredibly elaborate advertising campaign for Maybach, the Mercedes-Benz line of uber-luxury cars, in front of both the company’s German executives and an Art Basel audience," according to Stefano Tonchi. Afterward, they dove into the hotel swimming pool, LaChapelle in only his underwear, and Daphne in couture, coif, diamonds, and all.
The New Museum in NYC celebrated its grand reopening last night, co-hosted by Calvin Klein and attended by some lovely ladies...and Lance Armstrong. I don't want to make any assumptions (yes I do), but Ashley and Lance at the same party — where Mr. Armstrong could seem out of place — methinks more dating rumors are close behind. Ali Larter was there and showing off her bod in a sheath dress — hey, she's definitely got it. Julianne Moore, on the other hand, went for something a little less form fitting while Maggie looked great in winter white. Really though, I can pretend to care about the other people at the party, but I really want to know what happened with Lance and Ashley once they got inside...
