According to Big Time, Andy Roddick has purchased a pied-a-terre in a former brewery in Manhattan’s Gramercy Park neighborhood for $1.19 million. The condo loft, according to the listing, boasts, "extra high ceilings, exposed wood beams, exposed brick, wood-burning fireplace, southern exposures [ . . . ] multifloor laundry, storage, and bike room." Considering the recent news that Roddick is engaged to swimsuit model Brooklyn Decker, I speculate that the tennis stud won't be lonely in the one-bedroom, one-bath digs. The newly engaged couple will likely also spend time in Austin, TX, and Boca Raton, FL, where Roddick also owns property. Check out his new pad below.

Celebrities and athletes joined forces again for a little friendly bowling match at Lucky Strike in LA last night. The event benefited The Matt Leinart Foundation, which helps underprivileged and disabled kids, and some of the QB's famous friends like Nick and cute-again Andy came out in support. Lachey looked like he was in much better spirits signing autographs for charity than during the TV interview he cut short the other night. Hopefully he won't have to be asked about those pics any longer. Apparently OK! Magazine has exclusive rights to all of the scandalous photos and videos, and don't plan on leaking them anywhere else. Good for them but bad news for those who really wanted to see naked Nick.

Twice in one week - what did we do to deserve this? We asked for more Mandy and here it is. Ms Moore came out to support her ex, Andy Roddick as he hosted the 1st Annual Charity Celebrity Poker Tournament in Miami. We were thrilled to hear that Mandy is back in the studio working on a new album, and now she's telling us some details about the new sound. Apparently it was one of the best experiences of her life. Here's more:

"I love the music I love, and I wanted to make an organic, fresh, live-sounding pop record unlike what's out there now," she said, admitting that she no longer knows where she fits into today's musical landscape. But more than that, the album's also very personal, she said.

"People will take what they want to take from the lyrics," Moore explained. "I don't live my life too much in the public eye, relatively speaking, so I can escape a little bit of that scrutiny. But it is a personal record and it's my first songwriting stab at things, so the lyrics are about what's been going on in my life the last two years, and how I feel about life and love and figuring out who I am and where I fit in. I definitely tried to not take the easy road, and I'm very proud of it. I pushed myself to say exactly what I wanted to say."
