Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen stepped out in NYC yesterday for a business meeting. Mary-Kate wore heels for the workday after leaving her Tribeca apartment wearing flats earlier in the afternoon. The duo are back together on the East Coast after Ashley took a trip to Paris for Fashion Week last month. Her younger sister Elizabeth was also on hand for the runway fun, stopping by Louis Vuitton and chatting with Naomi Watts before the big show. Elizabeth will soon be the one in the spotlight since she'll be starring in an off-Broadway production of Romeo and Juliet. Elizabeth will play Juliet to open the Classic Stage Company's 2013/2014 season.

Ashley Olsen Takes a Fashionable Flight to the City of Light
Ashley Olsen landed at Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris today, carrying a bag and wearing sunglasses of her own design. The fashionable 26-year-old also donned an emerald-green fur coat as she arrived in time for Paris Fashion Week, which kicked off yesterday.
After Ashley and Mary-Kate's successful debut of their The Row Fall 2013 collection earlier this month, they have continued to expand their fashion empire. Most recently, they added a new line of handbags through their contemporary line, Elizabeth and James. While the business-minded designer has kept her schedule packed, she did make time to join in on the Oscars festivities over the weekend. Ashley was one of the many stars at Vanity Fair's Oscars party.
Ashley Olsen Focuses on Fashion Following The Row's Latest Show
Ashley Olsen headed out to shop in NYC on Saturday. The designer capped off a busy NYFW by making a stop at Bergdorf Goodman for a little retail therapy. Ashley went solo for the outing, though she's recently been seen strolling the city with her pet dachshund in her arms.
Last week, Ashley and her sister, Mary-Kate Olsen, presented The Row's Fall 2013 line on the Upper East Side. The minimalist collection was another well-reviewed showing for the sisters, who continue to expand their fashion empire. Most recently, they launched a range of handbags through their contemporary line, Elizabeth and James. The purses, which are priced between $125 and $395, are a more wallet-friendly alternative to their handbag offerings for The Row, which have famously included a $39,000 backpack.

Ashley Olsen Bundles Up With Her Pup and Expands Her Brand
Ashley Olsen layered up to take her dachshund for a walk around NYC on Saturday. She juggled a venti Starbucks coffee, two bags, and, at times, her dog, as she strolled through the West Village. Ashley and Mary-Kate were recently in Manhattan debuting the newest addition to their fashion empire — Mary-Kate and Ashley are launching a line of lower-priced handbags for Elizabeth and James. The more-accessible bags are the latest designs from the twins, who also have their labels The Row, Olsenboye, and StyleMint to spearhead. They'll show off their latest The Row collection with a presentation next Monday during New York Fashion Week.
Mary-Kate and Ashley Launch First-Ever Elizabeth and James Bag Line
Luxurious but not exactly affordable is probably the most obvious — and most accurate — way to describe Mary-Kate and Ashely Olsen's collection of handbags for The Row, which includes a $39,000 backpack (that we've only ever seen the designers themselves wearing). Now the sister duo is looking to change all of that with the launch of a bag collection for their Elizabeth and James label. The major difference in this endeavor is the price point. While The Row skews towards the high end of the market, Elizabeth and James is the designers' more accessible brand, and Mary-Kate and Ashley have crafted these bags with that focus. "The price point is below [Alexander] Wang and [Phillip] Lim but above Marc [Jacobs] and Tory [Burch]." "And Rebecca Minkoff," Ashley interrupted. "We wanted these bags to be affordable." That means the full range of bags — which includes satchels, shoppers, messenger bags, backpacks, hobo bags, crossbody bags, clutches, pouches, and wallets — will stay between $125 to $395 for small leather goods and $395 to $625 for bags. Not bad considering this duo won't be sacrificing quality to meet their lower price points. Looking to Italian suede and leather, calf hair, lambskin, and strong hardware, these accessories will be getting the signature Olsen design treatment without the exclusive, Olsen-only price tag. Stay tuned: the bags hit stores this July.
Ashley and Mary-Kate Olsen Toast Their $55,000 Creation
Ashley Olsen and Mary-Kate Olsen were together yesterday as they took off from LAX. It was a short stay on the West Coast for Ashley, who only traveled to California earlier this week. They were in Hollywood to toast their line The Row's $55,000 12 Nile backpack, which was a collaboration between the sisters, artist Damien Hirst, and the luxury store Just One Eye. The Olsens gathered friends, including Mary-Kate's ex Stavros Niarchos, to the shop to check out the 12 bags for sale.
The girls are looking forward to wrapping up the year together. At their bash Wednesday, Ashley mentioned her holiday plans. She said, "I'm really ready for Christmas, which I'll be spending at home with my family." It's an extraspecial time for Mary-Kate — she's entering her first holiday season with boyfriend Olivier Sarkozy.
