Reese Witherspoon reunited with her ex-husband, Ryan Phillippe, for an afternoon with their kids, Ava and Deacon, yesterday in LA. The couple were brought together to watch Ava compete in a track meet, which Deacon came along to watch. Reese and Ryan often meet up at sporting events for their children and were last seen sharing the sidelines at Deacon's flag football game in December.

Reese returned to LA over the weekend after spending time in Atlanta on the set of The Good Lie last week. Her airport attire, which included an Atlanta Police hat, turned heads following her involvement with the organization last month. An officer from the department later questioned the authenticity of the item and revealed that they "did not send her that hat." Whether Reese was trying to make a statement or not, she's already been ordered to pay a fine for the disorderly conduct charges that were brought against her last month. Jim, however, faces more serious consequences for his DUI charge and was sentenced to a 12-month probation on top of 40 hours of community service.

Ryan Phillippe and his girlfriend, Paulina Slagter, took Ava and Deacon Phillippe for lunch in LA yesterday. Ryan appeared to be wearing an ankle brace as he browsed various food trucks and stopped to chat with his kids. Before heading to the car, Ava decided on an orange drink and shared a laugh with Paulina while Deacon stayed close to Ryan. Ava and Deacon are getting in quality time with Ryan after he wrapped up an exciting real-estate transaction — Ryan sold his Hollywood Hills home for $6 million.

Reese Witherspoon brought her kids Ava Phillippe and Tennessee Toth along to a family party in LA yesterday. Also along for the fun was Reese's mom, though her middle child, Deacon Phillippe, sat the bash out. Tennessee was carried into the house of Reese's pal with the help of a nanny, who made sure his head was protected from the sun with a little white hat similar to the one he sported during the Witherspoon-Toth vacation to Hawaii in January. Reese has been lucky to embark on another getaway more recently — just last week she was in Mexico for a girls trip with Cameron Diaz and Drew Barrymore.

It was a family-filled weekend for Reese Witherspoon and her kids in LA. After kicking things off with a solo lunch at R+D Kitchen in Santa Monica on Friday, Reese spent Saturday shopping at an outdoor mall with Ava. On Sunday, she fit in a workout alongside her kids Ava and Deacon at a Brentwood gym. Reese has been all about spending time with her loved ones lately. Last week, Reese and her husband, Jim Toth, brought baby Tennessee along on an outing in LA as well.

Reese Witherspoon's schedule will soon pick up with a prospective new project in the works. She is reportedly in talks to star in The Good Lie, a film that centers on a young Sudanese refugee who relocates to America. Reese also has Mud and Devil's Knot opening later this year, but first, Mud will screen at the SXSW Film Festival next month.

Reese Witherspoon had a full day in LA yesterday when she ran errands with her oldest children, Deacon and Ava, and hit up a yoga class. There was plenty of reason for the fivesome to celebrate since they welcomed the New Year yesterday and it was Tennessee's first tropical getaway. Reese talked about her 2-month-old son during a recent chat with pal Chelsea Handler and joked about his "redneck" name. The little guy was one of many celebrity babies welcomed in 2012, though Jennifer Garner's son, Samuel Affleck, took home the title of most exciting arrival.

Reese Witherspoon and her husband, Jim Toth, took their oldest kids, Ava and Deacon, out for breakfast at Axe in LA yesterday morning. The newest addition to the Witherspoon-Toth family, baby Tennessee, wasn't able to attend. However, proud dad Jim showed his affection for the little one by wearing a letter sweater from Tennessee, Reese's home state. Jim also seemed to be rooting for the football players of the University of Tennessee, who took on, but ultimately lost to, Texas yesterday.

Reese's day with Jim, Ava, and Deacon came after she made time for a girlfriend earlier in the weekend. Reese and pal Mindy Kaling had lunch together Saturday.

Reese has been showing off her bump around town lately, as she runs errands solo and shares day dates with Jim. She's getting back into a routine after a busy Summer that included frequent workouts, filming Devil's Knot, and traveling to Chicago to accept the Renaissance Award from the Gene Siskel Film Center. Reese is currently busy with the sale of her Ojai home — she recently put it on the market for $10 million!
