Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie made a hot pair on the red carpetat last night's premiere of Tree of Life at the LACMA. She was stunning in a red, one-shouldered gown from Jenny Packham while Brad sported a suit from one of his favorites, Tom Ford. He posed at the afterparty with their costar Jessica Chastain, who managed to conceal the leg injury she sustained two days ago at a motocross rally. Guy Ritchie also turned out to toast the movie that won the Palm d'Or prize at Cannes with his pregnant girlfriend Jacqui Ainsley and Tron star Garrett Hedlund. Brad Pitt even shaved for the occasion, which brought out producer Ecky Malick but not her husband, director Terrence Malick.
Katie Holmes had her husband Tom Cruise by her side last night to premiere her miniseries The Kennedys, which will air this weekend on the Reelz channel after HBO declined to screen the controversial project. She plays Jackie O opposite Greg Kinnear's JFK, and many of you were interested in seeing the final product. Tom spent the evening supporting Katie's work after she passed much of the last few months up in Canada as he shot Mission Impossible 4: Ghost Protocol. He's hanging out in California for the time being, though, and on Sunday attended a Lakers game with his son Connor.
Matt Damon had a ravishing in red Luciana by his side at the NYC premiere of True Grit last night, which was the first time she's hit the carpet since giving birth to baby Stella in late October. Matt has been shooting Contagion in chilly Chicago for the past few weeks, but now he has to take care of the promotion for his highly-anticipated new release. When he's home on the East Coast, Matt and Luciana like to take their girls for walks in Central Park, which is just part of what makes this family man one of our favorite guys of the year. The busy actor is always looking toward his next project and despite a Golden Globes snub we're still hoping his name is a big one for award season. His costar Jeff Bridges is also doing the press rounds for Tron: Legacy and he chatted with us about his wife's role in the movie and photography skills.
