Tony Romo and his wife Candice Crawford shared the first picture of baby Hawkins today. The couple welcomed their first child, who weighed 8 pounds, 8 ounces, on Monday. Tony and Candice reportedly had the support of their entire family, including Candice's brother Chace Crawford, for the big day. Congrats to the growing family!
Chace Crawford was shirtless yesterday to play on the beach in Cabo San Lucas. He's enjoying a Winter getaway with family in Mexico, and his pregnant sister Candice joined in on the fun. Candice wore a one-piece swimsuit to lounge on a deck chair with girlfriends while her husband Tony Romo tossed around a football with his own pals by the water. Candice and Tony will welcome their first child later this year. They married in a lavish Texas ceremony back in May of 2011. Chace is able to enjoy time with his sister and brother-in-law during a break from work on Gossip Girl. He's been in the Big Apple on and off for the last few months, shooting the finale episodes for his CW hit's fifth season.
Tony Romo and Candice Crawford wed yesterday in Texas in front of 600 friends and family! The ceremony took place in Dallas's Arlington Hall, and Candice's Gossip Girl star brother, Chace Crawford, was on hand to watch the nuptials. Chace reportedly gave a toast during Friday's rehearsal dinner, but not at the actual wedding. The duo apparently wrote their own vows, and Candice cried throughout the service. Tony was in a Dolce & Gabbana tux for the big day, while Candice's bridesmaids wore Badgley Mischka. Candice and Tony were engaged since December of last year — congrats to the happy couple!
The annual White House Correspondents' Dinner brought celebrities and the media stars who love them to the White House in Washington DC on Saturday night. Scarlett Johansson and Sean Penn were inseparable after the event, but she first walked the red carpet with her brother Hunter. Other couples were more comfortable posing before the cameras, with Jon Hamm cozying up to Jennifer Westfeldt, Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer sticking together, and Paul Rudd making the rounds with wife Julie when not chilling with Parks and Recreation funny girls Amy Poehler and Rashida Jones. Salma Hayek also had her husband Francois-Henri Pinault on hand, and Chace Crawford tagged along with sister Candice and her fiancé Tony Romo. The Vampire Diaries duo Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder made the rounds, as Mila Kunis made one half of an interesting pair with CNN's Wolf Blitzer. Seth Meyers was the evening's emcee, but it was President Obama who stole the show. The president hit back at critics like Donald Trump and even Matt Damon, who recently expressed disappointment with the administration. Obama said of Damon, "I've even let down my key core constituency: movie stars. Just the other day, Matt Damon — I love Matt Damon, love the guy — Matt Damon said he was disappointed in my performance. Well, Matt, I just saw The Adjustment Bureau, so. . . .right back atcha, buddy."
The Super Bowl was brimming with stars outside Dallas this evening. There were events all weekend from the DirecTV celebrity beach bowl, to Diddy's Avion tequila party, to the Black Eyed Peas halftime show. Christina Aguilera performed the national anthem at the game while Tony Romo and his fiancée Candice Crawford hung out with her brother Chace and 90210's Jessica Lowndes. Owen Wilson tossed around the pigskin, as did Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler. Chace Crawford was a shirtless sight to behold in Mexico on Sunday. His amazing abs were on display as he played horseshoes by the pool during the getaway with his family and friends. Chace was joined by his sister Candice and her boyfriend Tony Romo — the three also posed together at the White House Correspondents' Dinner so it looks like Chace approves of her choice of men. Chace is currently on a break from Gossip Girl and fans of Mr. Crawford won't have to wait until Fall to see him again — his movie Twelve is out July 4 weekend.
