Harper's Bazaar drew out a fashion-centric celebrity crowd with last night's celebration of Decades' new Bravo series, Dukes of Melrose, with arrivals including this trio of trendsetters: Cat Deeley, Ashley Madekwe, and Sophia Bush. Cat bared her midriff in a navy-and-red striped crop top and pleated skirt set from Michael Kors Spring '13, but kept the rest simple with understated pumps and just a punched-up red lip. Ashley adhered to a more traditional party-dress dress code in a Three Floor LBD (which you can purchase!) with a flirty flared skirt and a pair of ankle-strap evening sandals to finish it off. Meanwhile, Sophia hit the red carpet in a one-shouldered vintage Halston number that played perfectly into the night's celebration of the famed vintage boutique Decades. Now it's up to you to pick your best-dressed winner from the night's event — which look is your favorite?

Nicole Richie and Busy Philipps Get Glam to Celebrate Women in TV
Female stars were celebrated at last night's Elle Women in Television event in LA. Famous small-screen actors including Cougar Town's Busy Philipps, wearing Hatch, Revenge's Madeleine Stowe, So You Think You Can Dance's Cat Deeley, and Fashion Star's Nicole Richie turned up for the fashionable event at SoHo House.
Inside, Busy chatted with Joel McHale. The duo took a photo with Joel resting a hand on Busy's growing baby bump. Madeleine mingled with her Revenge costars Margarita Levieva and Christa B. Allen, while Busy met up with Cat Deeley and Sarah Chalke, who guest-starred on Busy's Cougar Town before it moved to TBS. Nicole looked stunning in a white Alaïa dress, which she ditched for a chic black number when she attended a Ferragamo fashion event later in the evening.
Best in Show: Which Starlet Nailed It at Elle's Women in TV Event?
Last night, television's first ladies stepped out for the Elle Women in TV event in LA. In as much, we were faced with yet another round of stylish looks to pore through — because Paris Couture Week and Sundance certainly weren't enough. Now, it wouldn't be fair for us to name a winner when there are five notably best-dressed contenders in the running. That's why we're giving you the voice and the voting power. Here's what you need to know now. Molly Sims partnered a floral-accented black gown with a tougher cropped leather jacket, Homeland's Morena Baccarin chose a sexy LBD and metallic pointy-toe pumps, Ellie Kemper shone in a strapless blue tea-party dress and metallic Rupert Sanderson peep-toe sandals, Nicole Richie rocked a light gray zipper-front dress with edgier House of Harlow accessories (only to later slip into this number), and Cat Deeley wore a long sheer-sleeved black gown complete with silver beading on the bodice. Were you a fan of Molly's feminine-meets-biker chick ensemble, or were you more swayed by Ellie's sparkly elegance? Is it Nicole who won you over with her signature eclectic styling, Morena's sexy black cocktail dress that earned your best-dressed respect, or Cat's evening glamour that should take home top honors? Weigh in below.

Homeland and Modern Family were the big winners of the evening, though there were tons of fun and funny highlights throughout. Aaron Paul from Breaking Bad gave one of the most animated acceptance speeches of the evening, ending with a very emotional shout-out to his fiancé. Claire Danes also sent out some love to her "baby daddy," husband Hugh Dancy, without whom, she said, none of this would mean anything.

Emmys: Cat Deeley
Cat Deeley embraced Fall color in a Tadashi Shoji gown with a fit-and-flare silhouette. Cat's one-shoulder gown, which spanned the gap between red and orange, featured a ruffle — which reminded us of the leaves that are soon to fall — leading into sharp tailoring and pleat work that created a sleek yet feminine gown. She finished her gown with bejeweled arm candy and a clutch with a geometric white and black design to add a pop of print to her red-carpet look. What do you think of Cat's seasonal ensemble?
