I know that wearing high heels has some benefits, but Coco, Ice-T's wife, takes things to the next level by wearing stripper heels while strength training (something I learned from watching her new reality TV show, Ice Loves Coco). And that's not all I learned. She also runs on the treadmill (replacing her stripper heels with running shoes) with her bulldog Spartacus —  as in, Coco and Spartacus share the treadmill together. It's clearly working for her, too. Coco may be curvaceous, but she also boasts a flat stomach and tiny waist.

While I've never seen a woman work out in heels at the gym, I have had my share of unusual sightings. Most recently I encountered a guy dressed head to toe in '80s hair-metal attire, blaring his iPod while flexing and grunting at himself in the mirror. Think you can top that? The vision for the new clothing line made by Coco, Ice-T's swimsuit model wife, is to produce "clothing that hugs your body to make you feel sexy and very comfortable." Apparently these camel-toe-producing jeans, modeled by Coco herself, fit that bill. They do look rather stretchy, but I'm not sure I would classify them as comfy. But for $98 this extremely body-conscious denim can be yours. Coco describes the Licious collection as perfect for every season and most occasions, yet I get the feeling that any woman with a hint of modesty would have trouble wearing even the workout gear in public. Still, you have to appreciate Coco for working what she's got! Below, check out a picture of Coco in her version of sweats.

Roberto Cavalli threw a big Halloween party for all his friends at Cipriani in NYC last night, bringing out some excellent costumes on beautiful people. Cavalli hilariously dressed up as Karl Lagerfeld, though I must say that he's got nothing on our Karl. Fresh off becoming the newest member to the outing Jennifer Lopez as pregnant club, Roberto seemed to be in joyous spirits throwing his soirée. His friend Petra Nemcova had a blast at the party dressed as Cleopatra while John Legend went with some standard pirate fare. What's up with the no costume Eve? Weak. As expected, Ice T and Coco kept things so so very classy. I wonder how Karl feels about Roberto's homage?

NYC's Hammerstein Ballroom was brimming with celebrities last night for VH1's 2007 Hip Hop Honors. Tracy Morgan (who was so the highlight of last night's 30 Rock — "You can be a freaky deaky and do data entry.") hosted the event, which probably is a good reason for it not to air live. He's a tad unpredictable. The ladies shined on the red carpet, especially Kerry Washington in her strapless blue number. Bella wants to know which hairstyle you like best on her? This year's big show honored Missy Elliot, Whodini, Snoop and A Tribe Called Quest and the audience was treated to performances from Nelly Furtado, Timbaland, Eve and Ciara. Quite the lineup. Check out the show when it airs on VH1 on Monday night.

I'm not sure what her tie-in with the vodka is, I mean other than hosting this party, but I certainly wouldn't be surprised if she ends up the spokesperson for the booze.

Who knew such a controversial movie would be such a fun time. Leo and his co-stars Jennifer Connelly and Djimon Hounsou were on hand for a screening of Blood Diamond at the MoMA in NY last night. Jennifer and her husband Paul Bettany sure seem to be enjoying themselves. In fact, she has a sort of glow about her and Paul seems to be lovingly holding his wife's belly. We're not one to start rumors but could these two be expecting more than Oscar buzz?
