Paris Hilton and her boyfriend, Cy Waits, indulged in some PDA as they arrived at a cocktail party in Mexico City last night. They were celebrating the launch of Paris's new shoe collection after meeting with fans and chatting up the line at a press conference earlier in the day. She shared her excitement for the project, saying, "The girls all love my style. When they buy my products they can be like me!" Paris headed south of the border following a charity event benefiting Japan relief in LA over the weekend. Perhaps she and Cy will extend their stay in the country and head west to Cabo for some hot bikini time on the beach before heading back home.

Paris Hilton kept her 30th birthday celebrations going yesterday in NYC with three interview around the city. She first stopped by The Wendy Williams Show in a black and white mini to share a cake with the host, then changed into a flowing green maxi to head over to The Late Show. She actually sat down with David Letterman wearing something gold, and chatted all about her new iPhone app and how she'd like children with her current boyfriend, Cy Waits. Cy was by her side to indulge in their favorite thing, some PDA, as they left for MTV's The Seven. She wrapped things up by having dinner at the Gansevoort Hotel and then throwing on a sequined black dress to party with her girlfriends at Lavo — the bash took a turn for the dramatic, however, when a crasher stole her cake! It was the second event held to honor her milestone after her bash in LA, which brought out her parents and even Lil Wayne. Paris Hilton put away her bikinis and threw on a sweater to celebrate her aunt Kyle Richards's birthday in LA last night. Kyle got started celebrating her big day by getting lunch at Villa Blanca with her Real Housewives of Beverly Hills buddy Lisa Vanderpump — the restaurant, owned by Lisa, made their cast-mate Taylor Armstrong's list of her favorite places in the city! The girls kept the party going with a mariachi-filled dinner at Frida, and Lisa apparently helped herself to a few margaritas and may be feeling the aftereffects today. The guest list at the meal also included Nicky Hilton, her photo-taking boyfriend, David Katzenberg, Paris's man, Cy Waits, and Kyle's hunky husband, Mauricio Umansky. Nicky, though, wasn't thrilled with the live music at the restaurant! Paris sent a special Twitter shoutout to her aunt following a long day at a Vogue shoot with Terry Richardson, writing, "Love you so much! So happy for you and so proud of you!" The relatives share a common link of their success in reality TV, and there's lots more Kyle drama to come on her Bravo series this season considering her ongoing feud with Camille Grammer.

The two spent Christmas in Hawaii with her family, but decided to trade in the tropical paradise for another relaxing retreat to welcome the New Year. The make-out-loving couple snuck in a few kisses as they frolicked around in the sand. They're the latest to join the long list of celebrities who will be celebrating New Year's Eve in Mexico.
