Zac Efron was fresh faced for a photocall in Madrid today. He posed for The Lorax overseas with costar Danny DeVito after traveling to Spain yesterday. Zac had a layover at Heathrow Airport, where he sported his flashy zebra-stripe sunglasses and a hat while waiting for his next flight. Zac's been on the go doing press for the animated feature, including a stop on Conan to talk about his aggressive female fans. There's one lady he hasn't opened up about, though — his rumored girlfriend Lily Collins. She's been busy promoting her own project, Mirror Mirror, and while she didn't confirm their relationship, she did share that she's interested in "someone that's open to spontaneity and not close-minded — and makes you feel like being you is enough."
Zac Efron and Danny DeVito Get Into Character For a Kid-Friendly Appearance
Zac Efron and Danny DeVito joined a group of children today at the New York Public Library for a reading of Dr. Seuss's The Lorax. Zac and Danny, who both voice characters in the 3D film based on Seuss's fable that opens today, took the stage and read aloud as part of the National Education Association's Read Across America event.
It's been a busy week for Zac. He stopped by Today and chatted with Matt Lauer just yesterday. Zac addressed his red-carpet condom incident and simply explained his new "pocket checking policy" before major events. While Zac and Danny take the East Coast by storm, their other costar Taylor Swift is around the globe in Australia following a romantic weekend in LA. Taylor went on a date with Tim Tebow, according to reports, though it's Zac who plays her love interest on screen.
Taylor Swift Captivates Costars Zac, Ed, Danny, and Rob at The Lorax Premiere
The orange carpet was rolled out in Hollywood yesterday for the world premiere of Dr. Seuss's The Lorax. Two of the film's stars, Zac Efron and Taylor Swift, in an Honor dress, shared a big hug before making their way down the press line. Ed Helms hit the event solo, but met up with the star of the 3D animated movie, the Lorax himself, for pictures. Danny DeVito brought his family along, and Betty White, who voices the part of Zac's grandmother, was all smiles.
We recently sat down with the cast at the LA junket, where Ed hinted about an Office spinoff starring Rainn Wilson and his friendly rivalry with Taylor. Zac touched on his other upcoming projects, The Lucky One and The Paperboy, before giving us his best Matthew McConaughey impression. It was Taylor's first movie junket, but she seemed like a total pro. She described for us the differences between making music vs. acting, and talked with great excitement about her upcoming album. Taylor couldn't reveal an exact release date for the record, but did say it will have a "different" sound.
Danny DeVito Talks About "Very Smart" Taylor Swift and a Possible Run For Office
Danny DeVito leads the cast of 3D animated characters in the upcoming adaption of Dr. Seuss's The Lorax. He voices The Lorax, a mythical creature sent to protect the forest of Truffula Trees against Ed Helms's character, the Once-ler. We sat down with Danny at the film's LA junket and he shared his thoughts on the "sweet" Taylor Swift, and what we might see next season on It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. Check out our interview and catch The Lorax in theaters on March 2.
Watch, Pass, or Rent: Get Him to the Greek & Solitary Man
Only have time to see one movie this weekend? BuzzSugar says it's better to get to Get Him to the Greek and skip out on Solitary Man.
Diane Goes For the Gold With a Little Help From Karl
Diane Kruger was back in Berlin over the weekend to attend Saturday's Goldene Kamera Awards. The red carpet style star didn't disappoint in her latest gorgeous gown, this time opting to wear a Valentino number that another attendee, the model Barbara Meier, also wore. Kruger also kept warm with a faux fur coat. Karl Lagerfeld didn't seem to mind that Diane wasn't in Chanel, as he took the stage to present her with the Best International Actress statue for her work in Inglourious Basterds. Joining Diane for the show were Danny DeVito and Richard Gere, who added a little more Hollywood sparkle to the German event.

When in Rome: A Mindless Escape
The formula for a typical romantic comedy is simple: you need two attractive actors and a plot that makes enough sense to keep the audience's attention. Everything else is a variable (friends, setting, dialogue), but those first two basics are what determine a rom-com's success. For When in Rome, the casting of Kristen Bell and Josh Duhamel is a hit — but the plot, about a woman who unwittingly makes several men fall in love with her after stealing coins from a "fountain of love" — is a complete and utter miss.
Fortunately, it's not an altogether unpleasant experience — thanks to the naturally funny leads and supporting cast of Will Arnett, Dax Shepard, Jon Heder, and Danny DeVito (the poor saps in love with Bell's character, Beth), the movie is genuinely entertaining in parts. There are even laugh out loud moments . . . when the characters aren't talking about the "Fontana Di Amore."

The Human Stars of Avatar Make Their Way to LA
The stars of Avatar hit the blue carpet in LA last night to celebrate the Golden Globe nominated epic 3D film before it hits theaters this Friday. Director and writer James Cameron was on hand alongside stars Sam Worthington and Zoe Saldana. Sigourney Weaver was also there along with her two daughters. Audrina Patridge spent a good chunk of yesterday filming for her upcoming show, but she was able to put on a poufy jacket just in time for the screening. The cast moved on afterwards to a special bash at David Arquette's Propr store, where they mixed film talk with humanitarian efforts to benefit the Save Darfur organization.

Movie Preview: Michael Douglas in Solitary Man
The first trailer for Solitary Man is making the rounds, and I'm admittedly confused about what to expect from this one — is it a May-December rom-com a la Woody Allen, or a drama about one man's midlife crisis? Perhaps both?

The film follows an aging Casanova (Michael Douglas) who dates a woman (Mary Louise Parker) to boost his car business — only to ruin things when he sleeps with her daughter (Imogen Poots). Along the way, you also have his own daughter (Jenna Fischer in a non-Pam role!), his ex-wife (Susan Sarandon), an old friend (Danny DeVito), and Jesse Eisenberg, who appears to be his mentee of sorts.
The thought of Douglas romancing someone in college gives me gag reflexes, and there seems to be some sort of mafia/hitman tie-in, too. (Groan.) Still, how can such a good ensemble cast be wrong? I'm really hoping to like this one, but check it out and give me your early opinion when you read more
Johnny, Mary-Kate, and Ashleys Celebrate Tim Burton!
Tim Burton was the man of the hour at the MoMA exhibit paying tribute to his amazing work and imagination in NYC yesterday. He had Helena Bonham Carter on one arm and his good friend Johnny Depp on the other as stars came out to celebrate Tim. With fans already excited for Alice in Wonderland, Tim's art lined the walls at the museum. Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen were among the attendees as was Ashley Greene who looked refreshed in an LBD despite a long week of New Moon promotion including Monday's big premiere. She looked amazing as usual — check out how to get her makeup look here — and made us smile on the red carpet with her adorable personality. Overall, Tim's big night at the MoMA lived up to his eccentric personality and amazing talent with an exhibit that his fans can now enjoy.
