GQ rounded up some of Hollywood's hottest men in LA last night to celebrate its annual Men of the Year issue. Taylor Lautner broke from hanging with his new lady friend to suit up for the black carpet along with James Franco, who mentioned that his mustache is for a new role. James Marsden looked dapper too, and he stopped to chat with us about how he'd nominate his wife for Babe of the Year. That honor has already gone to Scarlett Johansson, who you think deserves props for her look about as much as her Sexiest Man Alive husband, Ryan Reynolds. Scarlett and Ryan both skipped yesterday's party, but some other honorees from People's latest list turned out. Kellan Lutz covered his abs in a plaid Simon Spurr, and True Blood stud Joe Manganiello was likewise dressed up.

The fun continued inside the Chateau Marmont for some loved-up couples like Anna Faris and Chris Pratt, Channing Tatum and his wife, Jenna Dewan, and the recently married Dave Annable and Odette Yustman. Krysten Ritter celebrated wrapping up work with Kate Bosworth on BFF & Baby by saying hello to Sam Page, of Gossip Girl and Mad Men, while Aziz Ansari could hardly contain his enthusiasm at chilling with Jesse Eisenberg. Twilight's Taylor practiced his flirting with Jaime King, as Boardwalk Empire's Michael Pitt stuck by his costar Steve Buscemi. James Franco spent a minute chatting with Mark Ruffalo, who told us on the way in that he's thankful this year for being employed as a relatively older actor. Dave Annable and Jon Hamm looked handsome in their suits at an event toasting the Motion Picture and Television Fund in Beverly Hills on Thursday night. Jon is back in California following a stint in NYC, where he made a cameo on the live episode of 30 Rock, hosted SNL, and partied with his Mad Men costars at their season finale bash. Jon's recent foray into comedy was a departure from his more serious role of Don Draper, though even the fictional ad man has a comedic side. Dave, meanwhile, is a newlywed following his October wedding to Odette Yustman, and after posing with Jon, he hopped over to a video game party to let loose with Kobe Bryant, Zachary Levi, and Audrina Patridge.

The leading ladies of You Again, Kristen Bell and Odette Yustman, walked the red carpet together last night in Hollywood. Their respective fiancés, Dax Shepard and Dave Annable, were on hand for the big premiere, but both skipped the press line and let their ladies enjoy their time in the spotlight. Kristen, who looked stunning in a yellow Valentino dress and Brian Atwood pumps, spoke with us about her Twitter campaign to make Veronica Mars into a movie. She said there's been no word from the studio yet, but is holding out hope that it happens "before I'm 40." Kristen's on-screen mom, Jamie Lee Curtis, turned heads as she and Sigourney Weaver showed up in the same David Meister dress. Jamie Lee and Sigourney play enemies in the film, as do Kristen and Odette, who revealed to us that she'll appear on Brothers & Sisters this season as Dave's on-screen love interest. Betty White, though, was the evening's most celebrated guest — 100 of her biggest fans, sporting Betty masks, turned up to show their support. Vanessa Hudgens, Kristen Bell, and Mandy Moore walked the red carpet on Friday before heading in to take their seats at the Stand Up 2 Cancer phone banks in LA. The hour-long telethon was broadcast on multiple major networks and streamed across the web, and the effort raised more than $100 million dollars for research in the fight against the disease. Modern Family's Sofia Vergara and mom-to-be Christina Applegate, both of whom battled cancer in the past, proudly modeled t-shirts that read "Survivor."

Gwyneth Paltrow arrived on the West Coast on Thursday, ready to add her support to the event after attending Fashion's Night Out in London last week. She caught up with Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, while Rob Lowe joined Diane Lane. Cindy Crawford, and Chuck's Zachary Levi helped in collecting donations, and fresh-from-Mexico Ryan Seacrest also lent his star power to the cause. Contributions to the charity are still being accepted, and they're even open to making good use of Facebook credits!

Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore kicked off their Oscar weekend in LA last night at the Hollywood Domino and Artists for Peace and Justice charity event. Fresh off his trip to Russia, Ashton escorted Demi down the red carpet, and while the two won't be at Sunday's show, she and Madonna are once again hosting their 3rd annual Oscar party. AnnaLynne McCord was also in attendance but, unlike Demi, she didn't have a date to the party, although we did see her sharing a romantic dinner with Twilight's Kellan Lutz earlier this week. Rachel Zoe has a marathon weekend ahead of her as we continue to count down to the Oscars; she's styled many winners and presenters in the past — even a few of the most iconic gowns of all time.

Once all the Golden Globes were handed out, it was time for the afterparties, and as usual the InStyle/Warner Bros. bash was the biggest of the night. Jennifer Garner stopped by briefly but was already sneaking out by the time many of the guests arrived. Alexander Skarsgard and Kate Bosworth held hands as they perused the buffet, definitely confirming that they are a couple. She looks fantastic and has that loved-up glow about her thanks to her tall and hot man. Another of the cute duos, Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens, chatted away with Ashley Tisdale and shared a laugh as they tested to see if the Godiva-covered wall decorations really were edible (they were). Courteney Cox and David Arquette held court at a corner table throughout the party, dancing together and hanging out with her Cougar Town cast. Matt Damon and Luciana were just a few feet away mingling with friends but ducked out on the earlier side to get back to their girls.

One of the night's big winners, Sandra Bullock, briefly stopped by with her husband. Kellan Lutz chatted with the 90210 boys as well as Ed Westwick and Jessica Szohr, who were never apart for long. Lindsay Lohan certainly wanted all eyes on her in that sequined hooded mini, and she made her rounds greeting everyone she recognized. After stopping by the Weinstein soiree, Diane Kruger and Joshua Jackson got comfortable on one of the couches with a friend. Heidi Klum and Seal were happy to pose for photos, but by the end of the night her dress was falling apart from so many people stepping on her train! Gerard Butler was the life of the party, looking like he was having a blast as he made the rounds taking in the star-studded event that was going strong hours after the big ceremony.

The star-studded UNICEF Ball wasn't the only big charity event in LA last night. The Roosevelt hotel was also brimming with celebrities out for the first annual Friends Without A Border gala. Some of the night's hosts included Anne Hathaway, who was gracious on the red carpet before heading in to meet up with her boyfriend. She gushed about how much she loves Glee and even said that she would love to guest star on the show! Robin Thicke performed and also revealed how he keeps his glowing pregnant wife Paula Patton happy — with regular belly and foot rubs. Busy Philips and Ali Larter both looked gorgeous and talked about their passion for the cause, which supports a hospital in Cambodia. Eva Longoria swooped in at the end of the arrivals, posing and smiling quickly before heading in to be applauded as one of the event's many hosts. Inside, the attendees mixed, mingled, bid on auction items, and settled in for a dominoes tournament as the evening went on.
