Paris Hilton looked sophisticated last night as she left Mr. Chow's and headed to Villa with Nicky and David Katzenberg. When she went out Wednesday after announcing her split with Benji, apparently Paris wasn't acting like herself and seemed a little down while partying. You all are pretty split on whether Paris and Benji's relationship was a PR stunt the whole time, but she sounded sincere talking to Ryan Seacrest this morning about Benji, revealing they are just "taking a break." Here's more:

• On Benji and the split: "Right now we are just taking a break. [. . .] I love him, he's such an amazing man. He's my best friend — he's been so great to me. We'll always be very close, we'll see what happens in the future. I'm still in love with him. [. . .] I think right now we are just better off as friends. We're both working so much. [. . .] This was a decision we made together as two adults."
• On the Stavros pictures causing trouble: "That's ridiculous. [. . .] Someone must have gotten a quick camera phone picture of me smiling and saying hello to someone I hadn't seen in a year. [Benji's] not a jealous person and he knows I have no interest in [Stavros] whatsoever."
• On whether she'll start dating again soon: "No, not at all. That's the last thing on my mind. I still obviously have feelings for Benji, I'll always love him. I don't want to date anyone, just the thought of that just grosses me out."

It doesn't sounds like the split has stopped Paris from gushing about Benji, so who knows if we will see these two back together before we know it. In the meantime, Paris has her sister to help her get over her broken heart.

It was another busy weekend for Paris Hilton who was all over Vegas working on finding a new best friend. Friday night filming was underway at Tao for her show Paris Hilton's My New BFF. The not pregnant heiress was apparently greeted at the club by her very own "Stars Are Blind" and spent the next couple hours dancing with her remaining possible BFFs. Saturday night Paris only had eyes for Benji when the two joined Nicky and David for a birthday party. You may not be interested in becoming Paris' closest friend, but it looks like she found plenty of wanna bes to star in her new show. Will you at least be interested in watching it?

Now that Paris is back in LA after playing Good Charlotte groupie for a few months, it's Benji's turn to be arm candy. Last night the couple made it a double date with Nicky and David Katzenberg at the Chateau Marmont for the unveiling of Jade Jagger's Belvedere Jagger Dagger (and yes, it's an actual sword). Paris looks like she went a little overboard reuniting with her tanning salon earlier in the day. Aside from that, these four look pretty happy together — maybe if Nicole rejects Paris' double wedding idea, she can pitch the idea to Nicky and David instead.

With Joel heading off on tour and a babysitter secured for the evening, Nicole looked gorgeous stepping out last night for a screening of Trembled Blossoms presented by Prada in Beverly Hills. She was joined by the newest Gossip Girl on the block, Michelle Trachtenberg, as well as the impeccably dressed Taye Diggs and Rosario Dawson. Budding fashion designer herself, Nicky Hilton was out to enjoy the show with her boyfriend David Katzenberg. All the stars looked great in their designer duds — and they're battling it out over on Fab.

Friday night Nicole Richie and Joel Madden attended Benny Medina's 40th birthday in LA. It was her first big night out since the birth of baby Harlow. She looks amazing already and by wearing her tight LBD it seems as if Nicole is feeling confident to get back out there and show off her healthy slim figure. Other starlet fixtures like the Hiltons and Mischa Barton were also at the event. Must have been like old times for the girls all back together but let's hope this time around things are different now that Nicole is a responsible mother.

Paris Hilton took the sequins party dress to a whole new level with a multi-colored homage to herself while hosting the NYE event at LAX in Vegas last night. Next to her Nicky looks downright demure. For the third night in a row, Paris was joined by Kevin Federline when he was done hosting his party down the strip at Tangerine. Also in the house was other famous baby daddy and part of the most shocking story of the year, Larry Birkhead. Meanwhile, Pam Anderson looks a little worse for the wear, but at least is in a better dress than her other yikes-worthy New Year's look. Looks like the Hilton girls have another successful party hosting gig in the books. Happy 2008!

Jaime Pressly's line of knitwear, J'aime, is two years old but last night she debuted her newly expanded contemporary collection at LA Fashion Week. The runway show and party, which benefited St. Jude, was clearly a proud moment for the actress who was beaming all night long. Her My Name Is Earl costar Jason Lee was out to support his friend as was Nicky Hilton (who also had a show at LAFW over the weekend) and her boyfriend David Katzenberg. Paris celebrated her 26th birthday with hundreds of her closest friends at Body English in Vegas on Saturday night. All the usual suspects were there, Nicky, Stavros, greasy Brandon Davis, Scott Storch, and David Katzenberg, etc. Ludacris even performed for the birthday girl so we guess he isn't bothered by her recent racist remarks. As expected, Paris partied by dancing on a table.

When Jay-Z comes out of retirement he does it in full force. The rapper who was going to retire at the age of 34 just performed seven concerts in seven cities in just one day! In under twenty-four hours he managed to perform 30 minute shows in Atlanta, Philadelphia, Washington, New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas. How did he do it? I guess it helps to have personal jets and a police escort to and from the airport! Jay-Z's new album Kingdom Come hits stores this Tuesday. Way to promote your album in style Jay!

As for some of his special guests, well Paris was of course there shaking her thing. Her sister Nicky was there with her latest lover, MK's ex, David Katzenberg and from the look of their dirty dancing I would say they are definitely together - or at least for the evening. The most entertaining news of the evening is that apparently Paris took the stage afterwards to please the crowd but couldn't perform since she supposedly got sick on stage from drinking too much Grey Goose.
