Fergie is already all over the Grammy events. After announcing the nominees at the ceremony yesterday, she was there for the kickoff party last night in LA. Sadly, her hot man Josh was nowhere to be seen, but she and Ne-Yo got cozy on the red carpet instead. Meanwhile, Garcelle Beauvais-Nilon looks fabulous after giving birth to twins in October. On the red carpet Lauren Conrad (in a hot little red number, a break from her usual LBD) talked about the season finale of The Hills, which airs this Monday. She said,

"I gotta be honest, I haven’t seen the final episode yet. . . I know that something happens in our lives, but I don’t know what they’re showing. . . Something very exciting happens in my life. I can’t tell you what, obviously, because it has to air, but it was a life-changing something.”

Paris? Something with Brody? I guess we'll have to wait and see, but that won't be the end since the girls just signed on for another season which you guys seem pretty excited about.

The Affleck brothers were the men of the hour at last night's Hollywood Film Festival's Hollywood Awards. Brad Pitt handed Casey Affleck the award for Breakthrough Actor of the Year (an honor bestowed on one Miss Lindsay Lohan last year) while Ben walked away with one the Breakthrough Director of the Year. That's the second year in a row on this stage for Ben (last year he won Supporting Actor), but it must have been that much sweeter to share the press room with Casey. John Travolta also walked away with this year's Supporting Actor statue and shared the Ensemble win with the rest of his Hairspray cast. Meanwhile, CZJ didn't go home with any honors, but yowza on the dress. Let Award Season begin!

As a fitting finale (hopefully) to their lengthy series of premieres, the young half of the cast of Hairspray spent Wednesday night celebrating in Baltimore, the city that inspired the original John Waters film back in 1988. The awesome Waters himself was there and looked happy to be on the red carpet in his lime green pants. Amanda, Zac, Nikki & Elijah were even gracious enough to show off some moves at the after party. Marsden, on the other hand, just continued to look dreamy. After this lengthy lead up full of fresh faced youngins (and even more fresh faced Pfeiffer), I bet at least some of you are super excited that it's finally out today! Hairspray sure does seem to be taking the world by storm, and we're even starting to catch a bit of the fever. Yesterday the cast debuted their new line of dolls at Toys"R"Us in NYC, then headed to Newark, NJ for yet another premiere and an onstage performance. The cast all looked great, but Amanda and her blonde hair especially stood out this time. This stop on the tour proved to be very special for Queen Latifah, who was proud to be sharing her movie with her home town. She said, "I feel pretty damn good. It's just nice that everybody gets to come out and enjoy it, and the kids get to see all the stars from the movie, and all the local people get to enjoy what we do."

The vibrant young stars of Hairspray checked out the movie's jewelry collection at Kitson in LA this weekend. Amanda Bynes was adorable as ever in polka dots. Elijah Kelley obviously represented the bling with his big chain, while the rest of the teens were a little more conservative with their jewelry. No big surprise that Zac was surrounded by young girls with cameras and it looks like he even left the bronzer at home this time around.
