Elisabetta Canalis broke out one of her very tiny bikinis yesterday to grab lunch in Cabo with her girlfriends. The Mexican vacation destination is a favorite of Elisabetta's, whether she's soaking up the sun by herself or enjoying a getaway with her man George Clooney. She's treating herself to a few days off after showing more skin on stage at a recent Italian music festival. George, however, didn't head south of the border this time around. He's off working on The Ides of March with Ryan Gosling and Evan Rachel Wood, first shooting in Cincinnati before they moved the production to Detroit.

Elisabetta Canalis soaked up the sun in Cabo on Sunday in a skimpy monokini. She and George Clooney have spent some downtime south of the border recently with her mother and sister, and Elisabetta has worn several bikinis by the beach during their getaway. They're not the only famous couple that's chosen to spend their vacation in Mexico, as they ran into Cameron Diaz and Alex Rodriguez and caught up with friends Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber during the break.

George Clooney and Elisabetta Canalis shared an intimate chat in Cabo yesterday. She also hit the beach in her latest tiny bikini and found a puppy to cuddle up to. Elisabetta kept her face protected from the sun in a cowboy hat, though her bronzed body has been on display in a series of swimsuits during the vacation. George welcomed Elisabetta's family on their getaway as well, and her parents and sister are in Mexico to join in the holiday. His girlfriend, Elisabetta Canalis, showed off her deep tan and yet another skimpy bikini during her walk on the beach. Her whole family has joined the couple for the trip, and Elisabetta excitedly hugged her look-alike sister when she arrived at their compound. Clooney is currently on a break from work, though he's always looking for his next project. The 2011 award season may be sadly Clooney-free after he gave us one of our favorite celebrity encounters of the year on the Oscars red carpet last March.

The happy couple and her parents arrived in Mexico a few days ago and were spotted posing for photos in front of the beautiful sunset on Friday. George isn't the only A-lister spending the holidays south of the border, and he ran into a vacationing Cameron Diaz, Alex Rodriguez, and his daughter at the resort yesterday. Cameron has shown off her own toned physique in a few two-pieces during her time by the pool with A-Rod's kids. Along with Elisabetta's parents, the Clooney party is also joined by their good friends Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber for their latest group getaway.
