• Did Vogue Italia Editor-in-Chief Franca Sozzani get marred and not tell anyone about it? The magazine's website posted a scan from the Ugandan newspaper Red Pepper, which pictures Sozzani sitting next to oil magnate Charles Mbire. Last night on Fashion Star, Elle Macpherson shined on stage in a sparkly dress, but this morning in NYC, the supermodel went for more subtle sparkle. She started her all-white ensemble with a white burnout tee, tucked into white skinny cropped jeans, and finished off with a white cardigan with gold embellished detail. A matching cuff bracelet, gold watch, smashing pyramid-stud Giuseppe Zanotti sandals, and an Hermes bag completed Elle's Spring-worthy outfit. Finally, a pair of wraparound sunglasses lent a sporty edge to Elle's otherwise chic look. With the weather slowly warming up, consider re-creating this fresh look for all your fun Spring activities. Throw on a white tee with white jeans and a white cardigan, then jazz things up with gold accessories and killer sandals.

While appearing on Extra with Mario Lopez in LA, Elle Macpherson wore an ensemble that proves that neutrals don't have to be yawn-worthy. In fact, they can be super snazzy. We'll be upfront, it's not easy wearing light colors from head to toe, but if you have the fashion guts, follow the supermodel by pairing khaki riding pants with a gold metallic top and matching cardigan. Throw on suede slouch boots, stacked jewels to up the snazzy factor, and don't forget the Ray-Ban aviators for further cool. Wear it for an upcoming weekend outing. But if Elle's outfit is not your thing, you can also work the monochrome look with any other kind of neutral-colored pieces, like a chunky oatmeal sweater with sand-colored skinny jeans and tan boots. It's not the silhouette that matters so much, but the mixing of neutral hues that packs a silent punch.
