GQ Men of the Year

Will Ferrell, Leo and Jay-Z landed 3 different covers for GQ's 11th annual Men of the Year issue, but all the guys looked truly deserving of cover boy status at the event last night. The Men of the Year awards was held at the Sunset Tower Hotel in LA and the honored guests clearly took the time to look their best. Even Jackass Johnny got in on the dress up action, but we do wish he would have worn a cleaner pair of shoes. He can clean up so well when he tries.

Ben was looking wonderful last night at the GQ Men of the Year Awards in LA. We just heard him gushing to Ellen about Violet and Jen. Now he's threatening to play David Hasselhoff and throw on some Speedos. He is looking super svelte in these pics.... maybe he could pull of the Speedo look but we sure hope he doesn't go down that road. Here's more:

BEN AFFLECK has warned movie bosses he'll star in the BAYWATCH movie adaptation if they don't give him another directing job. The PEARL HARBOR star is desperate to quit acting so he can concentrate on working behind the camera instead. And he's given producers an ultimatum - either employ him again after seeing his directing talents in forthcoming release GONE, BABY, GONE, or he'll shamelessly take on DAVID HASSELHOFF's role in Baywatch. He tells Hotdog magazine, "I hope that people like the movie enough that they would hire me to direct another movie. "If not, it's strapping on those Speedos, getting on a surfboard and doing the film adaptation of Baywatch."

First off - yes it is called Hotdog Magazine - it's a UK thing and it is real. It really does exist. As for Ben, It will be interesting to see if he can make the transition to a director, but we hope he doesn't disappear from in front of the cameras forever. Lindsay was named GQ's Obsession of the Year and that means the lucky lady got to hang out with some hot men last night at GQ's Men of the Year Awards. But apparently this isn't the only place LL has been spending time. Sources now say after having her fill of the party scene, LL is spending time at AA meetings. Page Six reports:

A Los Angeles spy reports seeing her yesterday at a 7:30 a.m. AA meeting near her apartment in the Sierra Towers. A friend of Lohan confirmed, "She has attended several meetings and has hopefully decided to turn her life around - this time for good. She is out of control." Lohan skipped Thanksgiving with her mom, Dina, and her family because she knew "someone would force an intervention on her." So Dina - who likes a party almost as much as her wild-child daughter - has arrived in L.A. to convince Lindsay to stay home some nights. The actress is filming "The Best Time of Our Lives" with Keira Knightley for the next five weeks - and then, friends hope "she will really get serious about getting sober. And drop out of the limelight for a while." A rep for Lohan declined comment.

We're sick of worrying about LL so let's hope she will work on sobering up and partying less. It's amazing to think she's not even 21 yet and already going through so much. GQ's 11th annual Men of the Year issue will be on newsstands any day and this year LL is the one lady who was recognized with all those wonderful men. Lindsay is being recognized as the obsession of the year. She was interviewed over drinks at the Chateau Marmont and then did a sexy video and photo shoot you can watch here. The interview was very sarcastic and pretty entertaining. Here are a few highlights:

Can we tell people we’re doing this interview in the men’s room at Yankee Stadium?
Yes. And tell them that we’re dating.

Does it make you sad that celebrity magazines never write about you?
It does. I really wish they would do more. I’m trying to become friends with all the cool famous people, the ones that go to clubs all the time—try to get into those tabloids a little more.

Tell me about an average day in the life of Lindsay Lohan.
It starts out with a 5 a.m. hike through Runyon Canyon to watch the sunrise. Then I go outside, and I try to find the paparazzi. I go down to Robertson Boulevard, try and search for them, find them, and bring them food.

And then what do you do at night?
Well, of course, I’m sitting at the computer all night.
