Emma Stone Joins Ryan Gosling and His Mom For Gangster Squad's Debut

Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone joined forces last night for LA's premiere of their film Gangster Squad.

Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone joined forces last night for LA's premiere of their film Gangster Squad. It's the second time the costars — who also appeared in 2011's Crazy, Stupid, Love together — have played love interests on the big screen. When we asked Emma tonight what she has in mind for her third film with Ryan, she joked, "Why? Do you have a script?"

Emma walked the red carpet solo in a red look and dramatic necklace from Lanvin, but Ryan had a special woman by his side for the debut: his mother, Donna. Ryan has been dating his The Place Beyond the Pines costar Eva Mendes since shooting the film together last year. We also caught a glimpse of Sean Penn, who plays real-life gangster Mickey Cohen in the film, making a low-key arrival at the premiere. Emma and her costars might have a late night on the town tonight celebrating their new project, but she has an early morning ahead of her later this week. Emma will join forces with Oscar host Seth MacFarlane to announce the 2013 Academy Award nominees bright and early on Thursday.

See Ryan Gosling and More in the Throwback Posters For Gangster Squad

It doesn't take much to get me excited about a Ryan Gosling movie, but a sexy poster certainly doesn't hurt.

It doesn't take much to get me excited about a Ryan Gosling movie, but a sexy poster certainly doesn't hurt. Gosling and the rest of the cast of Gangster Squad are front and center in these cool new retro posters. There's Gosling as Jerry Wooters, Sean Penn as mob boss Mickey Cohen, Emma Stone as Grace Faraday, and more players from the corrupt LA streets. I love how stylized these are; they remind me of covers of old mystery novels. The movie doesn't hit theaters until Jan. 11, but check out all the posters now.

Since the surprise announcement of their secret wedding back in June, Agyness Deyn and Giovanni Ribisi have kept a pretty low profile — until now. Yesterday the newlyweds were spotted at Gelson's supermarket in Los Angeles, and not only did they appear to be having a great time while shopping for peanut butter, but they were also not at all shy about engaging in some heavy PDA.

"We both felt it!" Deyn recently explained to The Telegraph of her and Ribisi's sudden union. "And now it just makes so much sense, both of us wanting that. It's a really symbolic thing." Judging by these photos, it's really a romantic thing as well. A peek inside their happy grocery spree, here.

Mark, Mila, and Seth Team Up For Their Ted Premiere

The stars were out at Hollywood's Grauman's Chinese Theatre last night for the premiere of Ted.

The stars were out at Hollywood's Grauman's Chinese Theatre last night for the premiere of Ted. Mila Kunis, in a Christian Dior dress and Christian Louboutins, joined Mark Wahlberg and the film's writer-director, Seth MacFarlane, on the red carpet. Mark posed for a few photos solo, and was later joined by his wife, Rhea Durham. He told us initially he wasn't interested in starring in a film about a teddy bear that comes to life, but he came to see the potential in Seth's idea. Mark also said he's excited for the Entourage movie and may make a small cameo when it starts shooting next year.

Mila and Seth have worked together on Family Guy for over a decade, and when he asked her to read his Ted script over four years ago, she was happy to check it out. Right now, Mila's taking a break from Blood Ties to promote Seth's raunchy comedy. Later this year, she'll be on the big screen in Oz: The Great and Powerful. Seth told us he's excited for fans to see the film, and when we asked about a possible sequel, he said he'd love to do it. It was a special evening for some of the supporting cast members as well. Newlywed Giovanni Ribisi debuted his wedding ring and producer Scott Stuber, who welcomed a son with Molly Sims earlier this week, celebrated his good news with the cast and crew.

Giovanni Ribisi and Agyness Deyn Are Married

Marriage

Agyness Deyn Married Actor Giovanni Ribisi Last Week

File this under unions no one saw coming: Agyness Deyn eloped with actor Giovanni Ribisi last Friday.

File this under unions no one saw coming: Agyness Deyn eloped with actor Giovanni Ribisi last Friday. According to Crown City News, the couple was spotted "passionately kissing" in line at the eastern branch of the Los Angeles County Registrar's office. When asked if they were there to get married, they shyly said yes. Ribisi also added that he and Deyn had been dating for "a while."

A spokesperson for Ribisi confirmed the happy news on Thursday afternoon, saying, "Agyness Deyn and Giovanni Ribisi quietly married in Los Angeles over the weekend." Deyn previously dated Josh Hubbard of The Paddingtons for four years but ended the relationship in 2008. She told The Daily Mail in March that she hadn't dated anyone for several months, partially due to her hectic acting schedule.

"The fact is I'm choosy, but mainly about a man's character," she said. "He has to be interesting, funny, and clever. I don't even mind if he's not very good-looking."

Johnny Depp Makes a Dapper Appearance at His Rum Diary Premiere

Johnny Depp dressed up for the premiere of The Rum Diary at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art last night. He joined costars Amber Heard, Aaron Eckhart, and Giovanni Ribisi on the red carpet and later at the Chateau Marmont afterparty. Johnny spoke about the movie, which opens in the US two weeks from today, and how it was the brainchild of his friendship with the late author Hunter S. Thompson. Johnny said of The Rum Diary, "It started out as sort of a dream project for Hunter Thompson and myself — it's something Hunter suggested we do, so we started on that road many years ago. When I lost my partner Hunter in 2005, I got refueled and said, 'You know I've got to do this for Hunter, I got to make this happen.' I dove in as deep as I could, followed through, that's what it's all about — we're all here for Hunter." The evening was Johnny's second at the Chateau this week, as he also attended an art opening with friends Jordi Molla and Mr. Brainwash a couple days ago.

Colbie Reviews Luke Wilson and Giovanni Ribisi's Middle Men

I had gone to the theater to see Salt, but the show was already sold out. I bought tickets for Middle Men, but I must admit I thought it was the comedy The Other Guys (men, guys nearly the same, right? ). Well Middle Men wasn't a fabulous comedy, but it was a great loosely-based true story about the beginning of the Internet. Way back when in 1995, Wayne Beering and Buck Dolby both are going nowhere, but are both rather smart and come up with a rough business plan and code for collecting credit cards over the Internet to distribute porn. Jack Harris comes on board to help these guys get better organized, so they can keep collecting their $9.99 subscriptions. Apparently the Russian mob were some of the first venture capitalists to invest, and needless to say, it gets ugly! The Internet has come a long way since 1995, but apparently most money transactions use the same code these two developed, who knew! While it might not require the big screen, it is a great movie and well worth renting once it comes out.

Luke Wilson Parties Like It's 1995 in the Middle Men Trailer

Luke Wilson has hit a bit of snag in his career since his glory days (I'm talking Royal Tenenbaums and Old School), so I didn't expect much from the trailer for his new movie, Middle Men.

Luke Wilson has hit a bit of snag in his career since his glory days (I'm talking Royal Tenenbaums and Old School), so I didn't expect much from the trailer for his new movie, Middle Men. Wilson stars as Jack Harris, a businessman in 1995 who hits the jackpot when he teams up with Wayne (Giovanni Ribisi) and Buck (Gabriel Macht) to become the first entrepreneurs of Internet porn.

The trailer has everything you'd expect to go along with the adult entertainment biz — scantily clad ladies, fistfights, and lots of cash to spend. Though I'm a bit skeptical about the "inspired by a true story" premise, I'm digging the supporting players here (I've had a soft spot for Macht since his Sex and the City days, and even Kelsey Grammer makes an appearance). As for whether or not it will boost Wilson's career — it's gotta be better than My Super Ex-Girlfriend, right?

The afterparty fun kicked off in LA last night with Vanity Fair's post-Oscars party — make sure to check out the star-studded arrivals! The Sunset Towers hosted celebs who attended the show and those who didn't, like Victoria Beckham and Jessica Simpson, who chatted with Heidi Klum. Sandra Bullock clutched her Academy Award, and her The Blind Side costar Quinton Aaron posed with Rachel McAdams. Kathryn Bigelow and Jeremy Renner looked thrilled to bring out their The Hurt Locker gold, and fellow winner Jeff Bridges smiled alongside fellow Crazy Heart actor Maggie Gyllenhaal. Cameron Diaz changed out of her red carpet dress and into something shorter as she chatted with Jason Segel, and elsewhere Sean Penn shared a drink with Kid Rock.

Kristen Stewart, meanwhile, chatted away alongside Anjelica Huston, as Inglourious Basterds' Eli Roth cuddled up to his apparently new lady, Peaches Geldof. Rachel McAdams' ex Josh Lucas gave some bunny ears to Sam Worthington and Carey Mulligan, while happy couples like Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens and Russell Brand and Katy Perry only had eyes for each other. Natalie Portman stopped to say hi to her Black Swan costar Mila Kunis' boyfriend Macaulay Culkin, following his touching tribute to John Hughes. Lovely ladies like Kate Beckinsale and Anna Kendrick kept the fashionable times going, as the VF bash got a long night of partying in LA under way.
