Remember last summer, when Lindsay had her little fling with Harry Morton and they were together every second? Well, he's back on our radar, and this time he was opening up the LA branch of his maturely named Pink Taco Mexican food chain. Sigh. Jessica Alba tagged along with who I can only assume are Cash's friends, while more C-List starlets like Kristin Cavallari and Kimberly Stewart walked the red carpet. Harry never seemed like a terrible guy, in fact he kinda kept Lohan grounded for a little. Just think -- maybe she wouldn't have gotten in all this trouble if she stayed with him.

The stars celebrated Genetic Denim's one-year anniversary and the launch of their Re-Vamped collection last night at Area in LA. And look who's acting all BFF again. Forget the fact that Harry was at the same party as Lindsay, Ashlee and LL seem to have patched things up for real. Remember when they were supposedly feuding over Wilmer last year? Looks like these girls have moved on and are officially over it.

Check out who was lunching at the Ivy together yesterday! Harry just confirmed he and LL were taking a break but it looks like they can't stay away from each other. Why else would they eat at such a public place? How's this theory - their whole relationship was/is a fake PR stunt. Janet Charlton is reporting that they have the same publicist and the couple was set up as a way to become more famous. Here's more about this theory:

Was Lindsay Lohan's romance with Harry Morton a FAKE from beginning to end? We told you about their mutual love of publicity and the many photo-ops they set up together to make themselves more famous. (Those "candid" shots are all staged!) Now we've learned that they share the same publicist and THAT publicist set them up to meet last summer at a beach house. This same publicist has arrangements to share information with the top celebrity magazines. So this publicist took credit for making Lindsay and Harry a famous couple and kept the magazines happily informed also. Lindsay might have even been PAID to make Harry famous. All because it would benefit his Las Vegas club. It sounds like a tidy business arrangement but it's possible that Lindsay developed feelings for Harry. When Harry called it off and left for Las Vegas, Lindsay was hurt. So now she's hooked up with Stavros Niarchos (another publicity hound ) to get even.

Hmm, could she really be getting paid to date Harry? She was wearing her Pink Taco shirt this summer. No one knew who Harry was a few months ago. Nicole and Brody must have the same publicist. Makes you wonder, doesn't it?

Harry Morton is not used to the limelight. However, dating Linsday Lohan is not a way to stay under the radar. Harry is finally speaking out since their rumored break-up and he's blaming the pressure from the press for their split. He is not saying they are over, they are simply taking a break. Sound familiar? Here's more:

"We're just sort of taking a little breather right now and slowing things down," the restaurateur, 25, tells TV's Extra in an interview set to air Thursday night. "A lot of people started saying we're engaged. It put a lot of pressure on things. … We need a little space."

Morton also said he'd had a hard time dealing with being in such a high-profile relationship. "The media getting involved always makes it more difficult," he tells Extra. "I'm a very private person. I'm sure she has dealt with it for years, (but it) puts a lot of pressure on me."

Nevertheless, Morton says of Lohan, "I have nothing but the utmost respect for her."

Clearly LL has been handling the situation differently. She was not holding back the other night with Stavros. Looks like Harry is once again being the mature one in the relationship while LL is speaking out by wearing messages on her hats.

We knew something was up when we heard Ms. Lohan and Stavros were hanging out at Dragonfly together this weekend. Who's shocked to hear it was all a ploy to get Harry back and piss off Paris? But bad news for Lindsay, her plan doesn't seem to have worked. Harry broke up with Lindsay because she was too much drama. Page Six reports:

Lohan told Niarchos, "No one can know I got dumped . . . You will look like a total stud, and it will drive Paris crazy [if we hang out together]."

Niarchos, who fooled around with Hilton just last week, was amenable to the plan. And so the pair appeared Sunday at Dragonfly in L.A. "where they held hands and made out all night and then drove in separate cars back to [Lohan's] suite at the Chateau."

But Morton hasn't swallowed the bait. Spies say Morton, who is sober and does not like to party, broke it off with Lohan because, "She was just too much for him. He tried to calm her down and succeeded a little bit - but it was exhausting. That, and she was extremely jealous and would harass him with texts, e-mails and phone calls constantly."

Wow! After being dumped by Harry Ms. Lohan is in a super bad mood. While being escorted out of Dragonfly this weekend, LL told the photographers to "f*** off and die." Her rep credits this comment to poor LL just being tired of all the attention, but maybe it's because she got caught making out with Paris' ex-man Stavros...

TMZ originally printed, "Lindsay Lohan was spotted with Paris Hilton's ex boyfriend, Stavros Niarchos, Sunday night at Dragonfly in Hollywood," but that story has now been pulled. An earlier one even said they were caught making out. Was the story wrong, or did LL's people make TMZ edit it? Why did LL leave the club hiding behind a sheet? Though Lindsay went to great lengths not to be seen with the Greek shipping heir outside the nightclub -- hiding behind a sheet and telling photogs to "f*** off and die" -- the two were all smiles when spotted together earlier that night. Lohan and Niarchos were photographed looking very flirtatious while hanging out at the Chateau Marmont, Lindsay's home, before heading to a concert at Dragonfly.

Ms. Lohan and her boyfriend may have hit a rough patch. The two were parading around Venice together last week looking super happy, and even lead us to believe they may be engaged, but now we hear about their fighting. Sunday night the two were at a party where LL flirted with the DJ all night long. Needless to say, Harry was not happy. Here's more:

He told the Herbie Fully Loaded star off for "not paying him enough attention" while she hit back, telling him that he had to stop "being so insecure".

A stunned partygoer reveals: "When they arrived at the bash, they were chatting to everyone. But once in the Boujis tent, Lindsay made a beeline for Sam.

"She soon got carried away and she and Sam ended up DJing together. Then she began stroking his back and being really playful. At one stage, they even swapped numbers!" Meanwhile, Harry had a face like thunder.

"He kept trying to drag her away," says a fellow reveller. "In the end, Lindsay got so fed up with him that she went out to the balcony, had a blazing row and gave him a mouthful... then she went back to flirting with Sam."

Ms. Lohan has been running around in Venice all week with her man promoting Bobby, but their quick trip doesn't have a happy ending. Lindsay was robbed today at the Heathrow Airport, losing her Birkin bag with a large amount of jewelry inside. I wonder if her new pretty ring from Harry was in her purse. TMZ reports:

Lindsay's rep, Leslie Sloane, confirms to TMZ the theft occurred and that Lindsay is extremely upset about the loss of personal belongings. "She is begging for the return of the items," Sloane says. "She doesn't care how she gets them back, she just wants her stuff back."

The Hermès Birkin bag that was stolen also contained Lindsay's much needed asthma medication.

TMZ cannot confirm the value of the jewelry that was taken, but a source close to the case indicates it may be worth over $1 million.

I love that her asthma meds are a major concern, yet she continues to smoke. We know she was wearing some serious bling in Venice so we are not surprised to hear it could be up to a mil in jewels. Are we shocked to hear that LL has jealousy issues. Could it stem from the daddy issues? Poor Lindsay may look like she's super in love, and may even be planning to marry her man of the summer, but it's not as calm and cool as it appears. Turns out LL may have a few issues with Harry when it comes to trust. And Harry's dad may have a few issues with LL's party girl behavior. Page Six reports:

"She flips out if any other girl is around him." Another Lohan- watcher adds, "I was at a small party, and she was there with him and like four other girls, and she was really nasty to me. I didn't care - I was with my own boyfriend." A third insider cackles, "When she is not with Harry she constantly texts, e- mails and calls him. She has to know what he's doing every second of every day. The other day, she was coming to meet him at the Ivy [in L.A.] and . . . his phone was blowing up with her saying, 'I'll be there in four minutes,' 'I'll be there in two minutes, get everyone ready!' " Meanwhile, Harry's dad, billionaire Peter Morton, who's dating Linda Evangelista, is not a fan of his son's new found notoriety. During an inter view with W, Peter gets a copy of Page Six and reads "about Lohan's latest escapade, a 3 a.m. visit to a West Holly wood tattoo parlor, 'accompanied by main squeeze Harry Morton, who got a cross tattoo on an unspecified part of his anatomy.' " W reports Peter "read Harry the riot act: 'You've got to low-key it!' " A rep for Lohan said, "Peter and his daughter visited her on set for 'Georgia Rule' two weeks ago."

Is Lindsay really engaged this time? Check out her brand new beautiful rock at the Bobby premiere in Venice. She was not wearing it earlier and she seems to have a huge smile on her face. So which engagement ring do you like better? The one below or this one. Of course nothing official has been announced and we know LL likes to tease us, but what else is a 20 year old to do when she wants to pretend she is in a serious relationship these days. Even if they are engaged, it's not like we think they'll actually get married. Either way, congrats to the happy couple.
