Last night's Hollywood Film Awards brought plenty of stars to the Beverly Hilton Hotel. Few attendees went home empty-handed — Bradley Cooper won the Hollywood Actor Award, Marion Cotillard the Hollywood Actress Award, and Amy Adams the Hollywood Supporting Actress Award. Ben Affleck also added to his statue collection, since he and the cast of his third directorial project, Argo, won the Hollywood Ensemble Acting Award. He accepted the prize in the company of Bryan Cranston, John Goodman, and Alan Arkin. Judd Apatow, meanwhile, accepted his Hollywood Comedy Award.
We caught up with Bradley on the red carpet before the show began. He spoke about working with Jennifer Lawrence in their forthcoming Silver Linings Playbook, revealing that on their very first day on set, the ice was broken right away since they had to practice a dance scene. Many of the attendees' minds were on the third presidential debate, however. Bradley told us his advice to young people this election season is to vote, while Kerry Washington showed off her Barack Obama 2012 iPhone case.

Ben Affleck and Marion Cotillard were among those who stepped out for last night's Hollywood Film Awards in LA. Marion hit the red carpet in a strapless gown from Dior, while Amy Adams also attended in a long Oscar de la Renta number. A Prabal Gurung-clad Amanda Seyfried, Kerry Washington, and Irish actress Kelly Reilly rounded out the list of ladies heading into the show. Bradley Cooper, Robert De Niro, and Bryan Cranston were also on hand. The Hollywood Film Awards are generally regarded as the first of award season, which gets into full swing in early 2013. Argo was honored for the acting skills of their cast, while Robert and Bradley picked up statues for their forthcoming Silver Linings Playbook. Richard Gere received a lifetime achievement award, while Amy and Marion got individual acting honors.
George Clooney had lady friend Stacy Keibler on his arm last night to attend the 15th annual Hollywood Film Awards at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. The couple are fresh off a stint in Europe, where Stacy joined George for the Paris premiere of The Ides of March and a London screening of The Descendants. She represented her favorite football team with her purple Maria Lucia Hohan gown. Stacy tweeted, "Wearing my Ravens purple to the Hollywood Film Awards. . . Will have to keep checking the score on my phone." This was another big evening for George, who accepted the Hollywood Actor Award from his Descendants costar Beau Bridges.
Many more of George's fellow actors were honored, including Michelle Williams, who looked gorgeous in a black strapless Nina Ricci number. Michelle Williams accepted the Hollywood Actress Award once the show began, and later met up with her best friend Busy Philipps. However, Michelle was solo on the red carpet, and we caught a minute with her. She flew to California from the Michigan set of Oz: The Great and Powerful, and her daughter Matilda has been there to see the filming. Michelle said of the kid-friendly picture, "This one's for Matilda." Michelle shared room on the press line with other lovely ladies like a Pucci-clad Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Emma Stone in Jonathan Saunders, and Carey Mulligan in Bottega Veneta. Stay tuned for more news and pictures from inside the show!
The fun continued for the honorees following last night's Hollywood Film Awards. George Clooney, who had just been crowned Hollywood Actor of the Year, shared a look of love with his lady friend Stacy Keibler, who donned a sheer and strapless Maria Lucia Hohan gown. Michelle Williams, in Nina Ricci, looked happy after accepting her Hollywood Actress statue and made the rounds with her best friend Busy Philipps. A pregnant Bryce Dallas Howard celebrated the success of The Help in a red Dolce & Gabbana dress while other stars like Carey Mulligan, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, and a Naeem Khan-clad Julianne Hough mingled as well. Elle Fanning donned Valentino to say hi to celebs like Ewan McGregor and Joseph Gordon-Levitt. Stay tuned for our report from the scene later today on PopSugar Rush!
The Hollywood Film Awards took place last night at LA's Beverly Hilton Hotel, and once the famous guests like George Clooney and Stacy Keibler left the red carpet, the show began inside the ballroom. George was onstage to accept his Hollywood Actor Award from his Descendants costar, Beau Bridges, and humbly told the audience of his award, "I am very lucky. I'm a lucky man." My Week With Marilyn star Michelle Williams, meanwhile, won the female counterpart with the Hollywood Actress Award. Ben Affleck, sporting his long Argo locks, made a special appearance to honor Hollywood Cinematographer Award recipient Emmanuel Lubezki. The men worked together on Terrence Malick's still-untitled upcoming picture.
The many ladies of The Help, including Emma Stone, Allison Janney, Viola Davis, Cicely Tyson, Ahna O'Reilly, Octavia Spencer, Bryce Dallas Howard, and Mary Steenburgen were together to accept the Hollywood Ensemble Award and to pose with their new statues backstage. Further nods went to Diablo Cody with the Hollywood Screenwriter Award, Moneyball's Bennett Miller with the Hollywood Director Award, and Joseph Gordon-Levitt with the Hollywood Breakthrough Actor Award.
