Alexander Skarsgard and Jack McBrayer picked up lunch together at The Oaks Gourmet in Los Angeles on Friday. Although their celebrity friendship might surprise a few fans, the two have actually been pals for some time — Jack even attended the True Blood premiere party with Alex last May. Now that 30 Rock is over, Jack will have a lot more time to hang out with his buddies, but the same can't be said for Alex, who will begin filming the sixth season of True Blood soon. Alex also has the release of his new film, The East, coming up later this year after the movie premiered to critics at the Sundance Film Festival last month.
Jennifer Lawrence Makes the Rounds at the Weinstein Co. SAGs Bash
Jennifer Lawrence was the woman of the hour at The Weinstein Company's post-SAG Awards party hosted by Fiji Water at Sunset Tower in LA last night. She picked up the award for best actress for her role in Silver Linings Playbook and celebrated with costars Bradley Cooper and Robert De Niro at the bash. Jennifer also posed alongside fellow nominee Naomi Watts, who presented at the show with Liev Schreiber. Jennifer's big night wasn't dampened by her recent walking-pneumonia diagnosis, which she's battling with "a lot of medication," or by the fact that she almost ripped her dress while heading to the stage to accept her statue.
Plenty of other stars kicked back after the SAGs at another soiree held at the Chateau Marmont. Ben Affleck and his wife, Jennifer Garner, toasted his Argo win while the cast of Les Misérables met up with winner Anne Hathaway — make sure to check out the full list of SAG Award winners!
Jack McBrayer and Jane Lynch on Wreck-It Ralph Romance and Halloween Costumes
Jack McBrayer and Jane Lynch play unlikely love interests as the voices of Fix-It Felix and Sergeant Calhoun in Disney's video game-inspired Wreck-It Ralph, out Fri. Jack, who plays Kenneth on 30 Rock and Jane, aka Sue Sylvester from Glee, took a break from their TV duties to chat with me about the fun film, the romance between their cartoon counterparts, and even what they're planning on dressing up as for Halloween. Jane talked about her very hot, gun-slinging character and whether she thinks opposites attract. Resident "nice guy" Jack gave us some dating advice and dished on 30 Rock's final season. Watch now!
Wreck-It Ralph Cast Talks '80s and '90s Nostalgia
Disney's latest animated feature film Wreck-It Ralph, out this Friday, follows video game characters from different eras who each live in their game's "world" inside a modern arcade. Wreck-It Ralph, voiced by John C. Reilly, is the villain of his '80s game, Fix-It Felix, Jr., while Fix-It Felix, Jr., (Jack McBrayer) is the hero. Sarah Silverman voices Vanellope von Schweetz of the '90s Mario Kart-esque game Sugar Rush, and Sergeant Calhoun, voiced by Jane Lynch, is the badass leader of the most modern game, Hero's Duty. The movie has a lot of fun with nostalgia — just look at their 1982 Fix-It Felix, Jr. and 1997 Sugar Rush Speedway commercials — so when we sat down to talk to John, Jack, Jane, and Sarah, we asked them what they most missed from the '80s and '90s. Watch now to find out which actors miss the music of the '90s and which video games the cast mates played growing up!
Jon Hamm Kisses His Girl and Lunches With 30 Rock Buddy as Mad Men Reaches a Deal
Jon Hamm and his 30 Rock friend Jack McBrayer had lunch together in LA yesterday. Jon got a special visit from his longtime love Jennifer Westfeldt during the outing and the two shared a kiss at the table. It must have been an interesting month for Jon, whose hit series Mad Men was in limbo due to contract negotiations. The show is finally and officially coming back for at least two more seasons, though we'll have to wait until 2012 to see what happens next with Don Draper and company. There are rumors that the series will be returning with two fewer cast members, and it's hard to pick who we'd prefer to say goodbye to. In the meantime, Jon has been focusing on his big-screen ventures, recently premiering Sucker Punch after finishing filming Friends With Kids on the East Coast.
Tina, Alec, Tracy, and Pregnant Jane Celebrate 100 30 Rock Episodes!
Tina Fey and Alec Baldwin had the honor of cutting a big cake in the shape of 30 Rockefeller Plaza last night as they celebrated the 100th episode of 30 Rock. The duo was joined by Tracy Morgan and Jane Krakowski, who says her pregnancy has made her trendier than ever, and other stars of the show. The celebration wasn't held in the iconic Manhattan building, but across the river at Queens's Silvercup Studios where much of the series is shot. TIna and her cast were the ones celebrating the momentous occasion, but it turns out fans are getting a present too with a special one-hour episode on April 21! It's been a busy few days for Tina in particular, as she balances filming with her philanthropy and writing careers. We weren't treated to a new installment last night, but hopefully they'll be back to owning the Thursday NBC lineup next week.
Minka, Jon, Claire, and MCH Get the SAG Party Started Early
Stars of the small screen from Modern Family to Mad Men partied together at EW's pre-Screen Actors Guild Awards bash at the Chateau Marmont on Saturday. Golden Globe winner Claire Danes chatted with her husband, Hugh Dancy, and Darren Aronofsky after the trio all made appearances at the DGAs earlier in the evening. Jeremy Renner cracked up at something Amber Tamblyn said, and the actor has a lot to smile about this week after earning his second consecutive Oscar nomination. Minka Kelly gave a sweet smile as she posed with 30 Rock's Jack McBrayer. She is in the midst of promoting The Roommate and may have an exciting new project on her hands as one of the new Charlie's Angels. Jon Hamm looked dapper as usual and is the sexy guy you'll be keeping an eye on today. The SAGS red carpet starts soon so look back at highlights of the star-studded shows of the past and stay tuned here and on BuzzSugar tonight for updates from all the action!
Anne and Tina Have a Double Date Night at the Museum
Anne Hathaway joined a variety of current and former Saturday Night Live stars for the American Museum of Natural History's 2010 Gala yesterday evening. Kristen Wiig, Bill Hader, Abby Elliott, and more had the evening off from prepping for this weekend's new episode, which Anne will be hosting. Anne made a rare public appearance with boyfriend Adam Shulman on her arm, while Tina Fey also enjoyed a date night with her husband, Jeff Richmond. Lately, Anne has been inseparable from her Love and Other Drugs costar Jake Gyllenhaal, who hit the town instead with Natalie Portman for a charity party. Jake and Anne have been all over in the run-up to Wednesday's release of their movie, and you seem excited to finally see their supposedly steamy chemistry up on the big screen.

Jon Hamm was the guest of honor last night at a dinner hosted for him by the editors of Details in NYC. He's on the cover of the magazine's October issue solo, but he made the rounds at the party with his girlfriend, Jennifer Westfeldt, and caught up with SNL funny people like Bill Hader and Kristen Wiig. This morning, the Mad Men star was back on the promotional circuit to chat up his movie The Town ahead of its release tomorrow. He swung by the Regis and Kelly studios to record an interview that airs tomorrow. Ryan Phillippe Parties With Kristen Before MacGruber Opens
Ryan Phillippe joined Andy Samberg, Seth Meyers, and Kristen Wiig for a rooftop party at the Roosevelt hotel in NYC last night. Kristen and Ryan have been logging in lots of time together this week prepping for Friday's release of MacGruber. At yesterday's press junket, Ryan kept things light talking about how he maintained a straight face while filming and joking that one skin-baring scene in particular may "haunt" him for years to come. MacGruber joins the ranks of SNL sketches turned into movies and after this weekend we'll see whether it lives up to classics like Wayne's World. Meanwhile, SNL just wrapped up their 35th season with Alec Baldwin hosting the finale — who was your favorite host this year?
