Channing Tatum and his pregnant wife, Jenna Dewan, grabbed coffee and then lunch with friends in Santa Barbara on Thursday. Channing, who donned a baseball cap, smiled as he made his way through the parking lot while Jenna looked stylish in a yellow sweater. The expecting couple's dogs also accompanied them on the friendly outing.

Channing is back to work after spending Oscars weekend with Jenna. He and Jenna got cute on the red carpet, and the fun continued inside, where he performed a memorable dance number with Charlize Theron. Award season may be over, but Channing isn't slowing down. Channing's career has taken off in the past year with his appearances in Magic Mike and 21 Jump Street, but he says he's especially looking forward to playing Dad. Channing called fatherhood the "biggest role of my life" during a recent interview and has also announced that he and Jenna plan to keep the baby's sex a surprise until the delivery.

After clocking in couple's time, Channing is headed down to New Orleans where he will host a Super Bowl party at his bar, Saints & Sinners, on Saturday before the big game.

Jenna and her husband, Channing Tatum, hit the beach in Santa Monica, CA, earlier this week and brought their dogs along for the fun. The couple has been staying close to home on the West Coast after a holiday vacation in St. Barts, where Jenna showed off her growing bump in a bikini. Channing's downtime will end soon, since he'll be making the rounds to promote his film Side Effects before its Feb. 8 release. He may have another project on his plate soon, as it was reported that director Peter Farrelly wants Channing to star alongside Emma Stone in the upcoming sequel to Dumb & Dumber.
