Courteney Cox's 49th birthday celebrations in LA over the weekend were a star-studded affair. She was joined by her famous pals, Isla Fisher, Busy Philipps, Laura Dern, and Jennifer Meyer, who is Tobey Maguire's wife, for festivities at Giorgio Baldi restaurant. Courteney took to her Twitter account to document the fun surrounding the special occasion, which would not be complete without her daughter, Coco Arquette. She shared a photo of herself and her daughter during the party writing, "Every birthday is perfect with my favorite girl." Courteney also shared a group shot of pregnant Busy, Isla, Lauren, and Jennifer with the caption, "Dancin with my girls." Busy sent her wishes on Twitter too writing, "Happy Birthday to Courteney Cox! One of the greatest ladies I know!"
Emma Roberts and Rachel Bilson got dressed up for the Chanel NRDC Celebration of Art, Nature, and Technology dinner in LA last night. It was a star-studded affair as Tobey Maguire and his wife, Jennifer Meyer, as well as Cindy Crawford and her husband, Rande Gerber, and Pharrell Williams and his fiancée, Helen Lasichanh, were in attendance. Although Cindy, Tobey, and Pharrell had their significant others along, Rachel and Emma stepped out solo for the evening celebrating environmental action. Despite being without her boyfriend, Evan Peters, Emma revealed that she enjoyed the night out, writing on Twitter, "Such a beautiful dinner with Chanel and NRDC."
Emma did have Evan's support a few weeks ago when she took the stage for Glamour's "These Girls" event in NYC, where she shared a written essay detailing her efforts to lead a normal college life. Rachel also got in a bit of romantic time with her beau, Hayden Christensen, during a bikini-filled getaway to Barbados in April.
On her way to the Glamour "These Girls" event last night, Emma Roberts wore a look that positively popped on the streets of NYC. We can't get enough of this pink and white Camilla and Marc dress ($349, originally $499) between the clean top and flirty bottom. (And we're not even going to mention how she color coordinated with her iPhone!) If you don't have the budget to snatch Emma's exact dress, you can just as easily re-create the look at home with a shirt-and-skirt combo. Fear pink is far too cutesy for your style? Just refer to Emma on how to temper the look. Start by tucking a dressy white tank into a pink skirt — you can choose a shade, cut, and length that flatters your figure — then add black statement heels, like Emma's Nicholas Kirkwoods, and drop earrings, like her Jennifer Meyer pair, to give it a fancier feel.
