Josh Groban makes his debut as Andy Bernard's little brother, Walter Jr., on this week's episode of The Office. Groban took the time to talk to reporters about his new character, the rivalry between Walter Jr. and his older brother, and why he sometimes wishes the Bernard family patriarch, Stephen Collins, was his actual father. Plus, he filled us in on how he landed the gig.

1. Walter Jr. Stole Andy's Name
   "Andy is the firstborn, which is usually, I think, probably the favorite son, but for whatever reason being the secondborn somehow I kind of stole his name from him. He was originally going to be Walter Jr., but they made me Walter Jr., and he kind of wound up being a little bit more of the happy-go-lucky, very successful, almost kind of fell up in a way."
2. He Geeked Out Over Visiting Schrute Farms
   "I was very, very honored [to visit Schrute Farms]. I did not take it lightly for sure. I was actually kind of surprised they didn’t put a blindfold on me on the van ride over because it feels like one of those very kind of top secret TV land locations. But when we pulled in, as a fan of the show, it was really, really fun to see. And also it was great to see the actual house on Schrute Farms. Everything that you see on the show, none of that feels like a set when you’re there. It’s a beautiful piece of land and what they’ve done, the prop department people who have created that house, it’s all to scale, and to be able to walk in and be able to see all the Schrute portraits on the wall, and the pictures from his childhood and the oil painting of his grandfather next to the Kiss poster, like it’s just like they haven’t left any stone unturned as far as his character and what that property means for his character. As a fan of the show it was really, really cool to see."

We didn't include Jimmy Kimmel in our year-end Twitter-obsessed celebrity poll, but now I'm thinking we totally should have — not only does Jimmy seem to have Twitter on the brain, but he gets as many celebrity guests as he can in on his obsession, as well. Just a few months ago he made a music video about Twitter with Drake, and starting the year off right, he promoted Josh Groban's "new" album titled Josh Groban's The Best Tweets of Kanye West last night. You guessed it — Josh Groban sings Kanye West's tweets. It's pretty hysterical, so check it out after the jump.

Whether you love Josh Groban — or OK, maybe find him a little cheesy — you're bound to laugh at this video. Last night on Jimmy Kimmel Live, the singer took to the piano and put Kanye West's tweets to song. Among his many musings: marble conference tables, antique fish tanks, and classical music (it's tight, yo). Oh if only this album actually existed! Take a look.

Jessica Simpson had an amazing time singing last night at NYC's Rockefeller Center during the annual Tree Lighting Ceremony. She was one on a long list of performers that also included Kylie Minogue — check out Jess's piece below! It was the latest of Jess's holiday endeavors, after she walked in last week's Thanksgiving parade and recorded her end-of-year TV special. Her traditions are different this time around, though, as her new fiancé, Eric Johnson, is a part of the Simpson fun. Their engagement was one of November's biggest stories, and their wedding is sure to be one of 2011's. Jess and Eric hosted a recent meal for both their parents, according to Life & Style, so their families could get to know each other more before the duo tie the knot in a ceremony rumored to be in just a few months.
