Even though Tony couldn't be there, Eva Longoria Parker had plenty of love from her friends last night at the launch party for her new restaurant Beso in LA. Some of Wisteria Lane's finest Desperate Housewives came out to celebrate, and Bella wants to know how you feel about Nicollette Sheridan's red lipstick. Eva was looking very smiley in her summery white dress, but she did admit that she wasn't feeling one hundred percent calm, saying,

"Everything is painted, every candle is lit, every glass has arrived. So we’re not like, 'The chairs are not in!' So far there has not been a catastrophic emergency happening. So I am very excited. I'm a little nervous too. But at least I don’t have to cook."

Even if Eva had to handle the kitchen, she's never been shy about discussing her cooking skills. Speaking of which, Yum's got the recipe for Eva's tortilla soup so you can have a little Eva in your kitchen even if you can't make it to Beso just yet.

You know it's a slow new weekend when Page Six is writing about buying Paris Hilton's trash on eBay. Apparently someone is selling an energy drink drunk my Ms Hilton that was left behind in a limo and bidding is up to $103.50. Here's more:

"You, too, can say you were with Paris Hilton and her friends," the seller gushes. "I got this from my boss, whose son does club-promoting in Miami. He was at the club when Paris and all of her friends came in and this was the beverage of choice."

Gross. And can't say having some of Paris' old trash is the same as saying you were with Paris and her friends. In the meantime, the heiress was spotted looking a lot less enhanced on Saturday night while out with her latest guy, Josh Henderson at Saddle Ranch. Paris wisely let Josh drive while out and about in LA last night. In light of recent news that she could go to jail for violating her probation, Paris has to be more cautious than ever about her actions. Its no wonder then why she's acting fast to get her skit pulled from tonight's premiere of Nick Cannon's new sketch series Short Circuitz. In it, Paris is the star of a fake infomercial for WWPD (What Would Paris Do?) bracelets, in which she makes light of her DUI. Here's more:

In the sketch - which was included on a copy of the show sent to TV critics last week - the action shifts from salesgirl Paris to "real-life" situations in which people look to their bracelets for advice. In one instance, a leggy blonde in a short skirt is busted for drunken driving. After checking her Hilton bracelet, she starts grinding on one of the cops as if he were a stripper pole. "I can't arrest you, you're too fabulous," says the officer.

While this may have turned out to be Paris' most clever work yet, something tells us a judge wouldn't be a huge fan of the skit. Plus, seducing an officer to get out of a DUI is probably not such a good message to send to the kids.

Judging by Paris and Josh's very public canoodling outside Koi last night, the two are going strong after their first week as a couple. Heck, Paris even took him to Vegas over the weekend (which really isn't saying much). The two seem like a match made in celebrity fake relationship heaven: She's famous, he wants to be. Elliot Mintz, however, disagrees that these are Josh's intentions, saying he "treats Paris with great respect and dignity. He is not a 'Hollywood guy.' Paris seems very comfortable around him." It doesn't seem like it takes much for Paris to feel comfortable around a guy, but best of luck to the new couple -- may their love last as long as they want the publicity!

Paris Hilton's new man got his first (of many, depending on his tenure) heiress-style Vegas trips this weekend. Paris certainly says and does a lot of despicable things, but she continues to be pretty undeniable on the celebrity gossip scene (just ask the AP). Which, giving the guy the benefit of the doubt, may very well be why her new boytoy, Desperate Housewives' Josh Henderson, is into the celebutante. He definitely looks like he's loving the camera, even more than Paris.

Paris was dressed to the nines out celebrating St Patty's in LA this weekend, but she was missing one of her most common accessories – Stravros. It turns out the on-again-off-again couple has split. An insider tells Life & Style that Paris has "been getting tired of him for a while. She feels he's just too insecure and immature.” Mr. Niarchos is apparently all torn up about the split, but we’re sure he’ll have no problem finding himself a woman or ten to comfort him. Meanwhile, Paris wasted no time in finding herself a (wasted looking) new man, Desperate Housewives' (and Ashlee Simpson ex) Josh Henderson. They were evidently seen making out on a couch like teenagers this weekend. Classy! Let's see how long this one lasts.
