Kate Middleton may currently be in the middle of a long string of official appearances, including yesterday's visit to a children's hospice, but earlier this month she was all about prepping for the arrival of her baby. On April 18, Kate and her mom Carole stopped by the children's store, Blue Almonds, in the Chelsea neighborhood of London, for a little shopping. The duo left the boutique with a woven bassinet that they loaded into a car before getting into a separate vehicle.

Kate only has two months left until her July due date, but before she celebrates the birth of her first child with Prince William, she had another big milestone to mark. Kate Middleton spent the beginning of her two-year anniversary without Prince William at a children's hospice in Hampshire, England, today. She dressed up her baby bump in a coral dress and a bright peach Tara Jarmon coat and greeted a crowd of fans. During her visit, Kate met with the patients at the Naomi House, a hospice for young children, and toured the center's grounds. She also heard a performance from a family member whose brother passed away at the hospice in 2011. Kate's visit is coordinated as part of Children's Hospice Week, for which Kate made her first-ever video PSA. In Kate Middleton's PSA, she urges people to support hospices and praised the "remarkable work" that East Anglia's Children's Hospices do for sick children and their families. Kate has long been a supporter of the work that children's hospices do, and became a royal patron of East Anglia's Children's Hospices in January 2012.

While today marks Will and Kate's anniversary, her husband will not be joining her for her royal visit to the hospice. However, the Will and Kate did celebrate privately by reportedly exchanging paper gifts, as the two-year anniversary is traditionally considered the "paper" anniversary.
