Johnny Depp and Amber Heard had a late night in LA on Tuesday, when they dined out at Ago in West Hollywood with Keith Richards and Ronnie Wood. Johnny and Amber arrived in the same car, and though they headed inside separately, Johnny stuck close behind Amber as the group left the restaurant following their meal. The couple, who are rumored to have gotten together while working on 2011's The Rum Diary, have met up with the Rolling Stones members before — Johnny and Amber showed PDA at a secret Stones show in April.

Johnny's stationed on the West Coast while he films Transcendence, but he's also juggling work for The Lone Ranger. He and Armie Hammer took their project to CinemaCon at the beginning of April and will have more press to do before it hits theaters in July.

Johnny Depp and Amber Heard were photographed showing PDA Saturday night as they left a secret Rolling Stones show at LA's Echoplex. Johnny and Amber costarred in the 2011 film The Rum Diary but have kept any possible romance out of the spotlight until now. Amber was able to mingle with the Stones, thanks to Johnny's longtime friendship with Keith Richards. Johnny and Amber were among the 700 people who saw the Stones after the band announced the show on Twitter earlier in the afternoon.

Amber and Johnny were just two of many celebrity guests last night. Also out to see Keith, Mick Jagger, Charlie Watts, and Ron Wood do their thing were Gwen Stefani, Mary-Kate Olsen, Ashley Olsen, Owen Wilson, and Maria Shriver. Bruce Willis, who has a vacation home near Keith at Parrot Cay in Turks and Caicos, also attended with his wife, Emma Heming. Stones wives and girlfriends Patti Hansen and L'Wren Scott and 65-year-old Ron's wife of four months, 35-year-old Sally Humphreys, were there, too. The Stones got in last night's show before kicking off their "50 & Counting" world tour this Friday at LA's Staples Center.

Celebrities and rock stars joined up to help out with the 12/12/12 concert benefiting Hurricane Sandy victims in NYC last night. Katie Holmes, Kristen Stewart, and Blake Lively appeared at the event, which raised money for the Robin Hood Relief Fund. Blake donned a bright orange Isabel Marant dress, while Katie picked blue Tom Ford and Kristen wore a neon yellow Jonathan Simkhai getup.

Katie joined Jason Sudeikis to present a video called "Red Hook Rising," bringing attention to those affected in Brooklyn. Kristen, meanwhile, praised New Jerseyans and introduced Jon Bon Jovi. Blake spoke about Connecticut and brought out Chris Martin, who performed with Michael Stipe. Bruce Springsteen, Alicia Keys, Kanye West, and many more musicians performed at the 12/12/12 concert. Paul McCartney gave a sensational performance when he joined up with the surviving members of Nirvana, Dave Grohl and Krist Novoselic, to perform a new song called "Cut Me Some Slack."

The concert was broadcast both on TV and for free in movie theaters in the tri-state area, so Sandy victims had a place to enjoy the music. Superstorm Sandy left many in New York and New Jersey homeless and without power after it drove through the area in late October.

In accepting his award, Keith revealed that his memoir Life is being turned into a movie. On just who would play him in a big-screen version, Keith said, "There are feelers out at the minute — I’m in no rush right at the moment. Also, how are they going to find me? The idea of a succession of Keith Richards coming down is horrifying." Johnny has already immortalized Keith on film, since the actor's portrayal of Captain Jack Sparrow in Pirates of the Caribbean is famously based on the rock legend. The evening was Johnny's latest stint out on the town. He spent Friday night at a pub, reportedly drinking beer from a champagne glass as he watched the band The Tricks play.

New mom Penelope was without her two favorite guys, husband Javier Bardem and baby Leo, but she did stop to hug Mickey Mouse before joining the rest of the cast on stage. Johnny too walked the press line solo before stopping to chat with his close friend, and Jack Sparrow inspiration, Keith Richards. Oscar winner Geoffrey Rush was in high spirits as was up-and-comer Sam Claflin. Sam's fairly fresh to the Hollywood scene, but the British actor just landed the role of Prince Charmot opposite Kristen Stewart in their upcoming take on the classic fairy tale, Snow White and the Huntsman. Many celebrities also turned out to catch the fourth installment of Jerry Bruckheimer's Pirates franchise. Best friends Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Tisdale posed together as did mother-daughter duo Teri Hatcher and Emerson Rose. Eva Longoria joined her Desperate Housewives cast mate Teri at the event after throwing Victoria Beckham a baby shower earlier in the day.

    Ready to get a full rundown on the life of Keith Richards? Variety has confirmed the rumor that Johnny Depp will be directing a documentary about the Rolling Stones guitarist.

    Richards would be intriguing source material (remember when he joked about snorting his dad?), but it's made more interesting that Depp is behind the camera. It's well known that Richards is the inspiration behind Depp's famous Pirates of the Caribbean character (Richards even made a cameo in the last installment of the franchise).

    This isn't the first time Depp has directed — in 1997, he helmed The Brave — nor is it his first time directing a doc about a musician: he made a short documentary about John Frusciante in '93. I'm very curious about the results of Depp and Richards, though; what about you? Are you excited for this project?
