Eclipse

Out on DVD this Saturday, the third installment in the Twilight franchise picks up as Victoria prepares her army of newborn vampires to destroy Bella. In order to protect her, rivals Jacob and Edward must ban together and put their differences aside (even though Edward and Bella's recent engagement is an obvious thorn in Jacob's side). Many critics called the film the best of the series so far, thanks to sharp fight scenes and CGI. Fans should choose the Special Edition Blu-ray/DVD Combo version, which includes deleted scenes, audio commentary with Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, a 90-minute making-of documentary, photo gallery, music videos, and more.


Going the Distance

Drew Barrymore and Justin Long star as a new couple trying to keep up a long distance relationship on separate coasts. When they're not texting or using Skype, they're receiving unsolicited advice from their friends (Charlie Day, Jason Sudeikis) and family (Christina Applegate). Though romantic comedies are often a dime a dozen, this one is charming, relatable, and surprisingly non-sappy. DVD extras include deleted scenes, but the Blu-ray also features interviews with the cast about the dos and don'ts of long distance, and advice on how to have the perfect date.

Cameron Diaz was by his side later in the day as they hit the red carpet for the Japanese premiere of Knight and Day. Tom went with a sweater for their evening of posing, while Cameron paired her LBD with a pair of hot, neon Jimmy Choo heels. Promotion for the film has brought Tom and Cameron all across the world, with stops in Spain, Germany, Mexico, and home in the States. They've had the past few months off from the press tour, though, leaving Tom free to prep for his next Mission Impossible film and Cameron with time to spend with her boyfriend, Alex Rodriguez.

Cameron Diaz was able to take time off from her Knight and Day promotional tour to shop in Paris on Saturday with a young friend and Rachel Zoe's assistant Brad Goreski — ICYMI, check out our awesome collaboration with Rachel in which she battles the Zoeinator! Rachel and Cameron have worked together for a long time, and the style assistance came in handy with the actress's recent premieres in Munich, London, and Bordeaux. Cameron was casual, though, for a recent meet and greet with the leader of the Tour de France. Cameron picked something gray for dinner last night at the city's Maison de la Truffe.

Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz were back out in France this evening, premiering Knight and Day after their beautiful vineyard press conference earlier. The costars also visited the Tour de France today where they presented the yellow jersey to rider Alberto Contador. Tom and Cameron have been side-by-side for all the worldwide travel for the film, with stops in Munich and London this week. Their hard work promoting together is getting lots of attention, and Cameron's making further headlines with her comments about lasting relationships despite being spotted once again with Alex Rodriguez and his kids.
