Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami

It truly had to be seen to be believed, but on this week's episode of Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami the eldest sister decided to give her sibling a little help in the hygiene department with an at-home wax job (video here). The results were painful to say the least, but more so, I was thinking to myself — are they really doing this in front of a camera crew? In front of an audience of millions?! I know the girls aren't ones to be shy, but jeez.

This is clearly just another case of reality TV TMI, but the Kardashians aren't the first ones to give us more than we bargained for. Take Bethenny Frankel, who peed on a stick while taking a pregnancy test on this season of The Real Housewives of New York City, or the contestant on The Bachelorette who revealed his nickname is Shooter, because in college he used to prematurely . . . well, you know. All three instances kind of made me wince, but what's the worst TMI scenario you've ever seen on reality TV?

Kim Kardashian and her sister Kourtney celebrated their reunion in Miami this morning by taking a jog along South Beach testing out the new fitness trend Kangoo Jumps. They're together again after Kim spent a week away from Florida and partied with their parents Kris and Bruce back in LA. Kim's soon to be off again with her scheduled travels to Australia next week, but she should be able to fit in plenty of time to bond with Mason and lounge in her bikini. She's single after splitting from Reggie Bush, but there is some love blossoming elsewhere in the Kardashian-Jenner family — Kim's stepbrother Brody was just spotted enjoying a makeout session with Avril Lavigne.

Kim Kardashian ditched her heels and hit the beach in her bikini earlier today while in Miami with Kourtney. The sisters are still shooting new episodes of Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami, but Kim's been stealing the show by frequently breaking out her bathing suit. The work has kept Kim's mind off her tear-filled breakup from Reggie Bush, who's in LA healing from the split himself. He was connected to a mysterious blonde last week, and today that same woman hired celebrity attorney Gloria Allred. Kim seems to be trying to move past the drama, starting by moving her stuff out of the home they shared in Hollywood.

Kim Kardashian spent another weekend making her mark in Miami including an evening at a charity event after an emotional Sunday lunch with Kourtney. The sisters were filming Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami, and it was Kim who was in the spotlight when she got emotional during their sister meal. She is fresh off a breakup with Reggie Bush — though most of you would rather see the two move on after their most recent split, and he was spotted out in LA this weekend rolling solo. The recently-single Kim also showed off a few photos of herself in a bikini which marks the second weekend in a row yachting in a skimpy two-piece.

Kim Kardashian joined sister Kourtney and her son, Mason, yesterday to film Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami in Florida. The girls started the morning in front of the camera while shopping for Maseratis. Mason was decked out in a little blue outfit for the trip to the car dealership, after getting equally colorful on Wednesday when he donned green to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. Kim later had time to fit in a trip to the gym, and this morning she was right back to work for a promotional appearance at a Walgreens in a skirt and sky-high heels.

Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush prepped for a flight from Costa Rica yesterday following their fun weekend of bikinis and shirtless beach time. While Kim and Reggie were enjoying themselves on vacation, her sister Kourtney spent a few days filming Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami in Florida. She spent her afternoon running errands with Scott Disick and their son Mason, but Scott's dedicated daddy duty still doesn't have you convinced that he's that nice of a guy. Kourtney left Mason with Scott so she could pay a visit to the gym, and Kim was back to her own fitness routine as well, twittering fans for advice on how to prepare for her latest photo shoot.

Kourtney Kardashian brought her son Mason along yesterday to check in on her Miami boutique Dash, which will continue to be a big plot line in Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami when it returns to E! this Summer — shop her look here. Mason's Aunt Kim, meanwhile, spent her day running errands back in LA. She's just back from a trip of her own, as she traveled to Las Vegas for a few promotional events over the weekend. Now Kim's gearing up to move into the new home she's just purchased in Beverly Hills that she's apparently planning to share with Reggie, and we're sure to get all the details through updates on her new iPhone app.
