They initially agree they both want to have kids, although it doesn't look like they're excited about it. Then once they start actually talking about the realities of raising a family, Kris gets more gung-ho about having them right away while Kim goes the opposite direction, deciding for herself that she's not ready for children and leaving her husband in the dark.
I can't think of bigger decisions than those regarding careers, where you're going to live, and whether or not you're going to have children. So it's amazing that Kim and Kris hadn't broached these subjects before tying the knot. With differing opinions on all three of those hot-button topics, it's no wonder they didn't work out. The argument is that opponents of gay marriage say homosexual couples "cheapen" the sanctity of marriage, but those in support of gay marriage — including same-sex couples who have been together for decades — are fighting back by saying heterosexual couples that only stay married for months are the ones who cheapen the institution.
I see their point, and I'd agree that quickie marriages are damaging and shouldn't be glorified, but this argument is a little shaky. The last thing we'd want is a battle of who has the better and longer relationships, gay couples or heterosexual couples? What do you think?

Ryan tweeted, "Yes, Kim Kardashian is filing for divorce this morning. I touched base with her, getting a statement in just a few minutes."
