Tonight, Kate Gosselin talked to Larry King about the future of her family's show, the well being of her children and how she's handing her impending divorce. American Idol

Idols Take Twitter and Facebook Questions on Larry King Live

In case you missed it, we have a new American Idol!

In case you missed it, we have a new American Idol! Although I couldn't bring myself to choose between the top two (they were both so good), I think this was one of the best seasons I've seen in a long time. To add to the recent Idol mania (there were over 100 million finale votes cast by phone and text this year), the top ten Idols will be appearing in a two part Larry King Live special (airing tonight at 9:00 p.m. and Monday), and will be taking your questions to be asked on-air.

Personally, I'm loving how technology is connecting people, and allowing them to sort of "get in touch" with their favorite celebs (even if some of your favorite celebs don't exactly want to get in touch with you). If only I could have Twittered directly to Jonathan Brandis all those years ago (any other Seaquest DSV fans in the house?), I would have been one happy geek! Ahh, Lucas Wolenczak. But I digress. . .

Brad Pitt Has a Bounty on His Head and a Wild Past

Brad Pitt popped into Larry King Live last night for an interview via satellite, and while the focus was on Benjamin Button and his Make it Right program, there were questions about his family, Obama's election, and current events. Here are some highlights:

  • On why people are interested in his family: "I've stopped thinking about it, really. I mean, I don't know. There are certainly people I'm interested in. It's quite complimentary. But, you know — and I think it is an interesting family. It's not your usual family. I'm quite interested in my family actually. I certainly don't see it as anything less than a compliment."
  • On being a father of six: "No, man, it wears you out. Are you kidding? I'm aging fast. It's worth every second of it. Not for me there's not [anything better in the world than being a father]. No, not for me. I would agree with that. . . . Of course, you know, I got to spend a few decades being idiotic and hell-bent and solipsistic, and everything else. So, you know, I got time to get all that out of my system. So . . . "
  • On Obama:"I think, overnight, we redefined what America's about. I couldn't be any happier and more hopeful for the — for America, for the upcoming — in the upcoming years. And that team he just announced, I'm so impressed with."

BlackBerry

Do You Ever Have Joy Behar Cell Phone Moments?

You either have it or you don't.

You either have it or you don't. It's like this innate sixth sense, something that no one else can describe but you. What I'm talking about is CPESP — Cell Phone Extrasensory Perception — a faculty that afflicts millions of Americans who are addicted to their mobile phones. I have a serious case of CPESP. It's so bad that my phone can be in another room of my house, on the vibrate ring tone setting, and I can hear it.

Another person who has this sixth cell phone sense? The View's Joy Behar. During a recent appearance on Larry King Live, she admitted that when her BlackBerry rings, "It's like a child crying in the night." I feel your pain Joy, and I know exactly what you mean.

Christina Aguilera Rocks Larry King Live

Christina Aguilera showed off those curves signing autographs for fans after leaving Larry King Live yesterday.

Christina Aguilera showed off those curves signing autographs for fans after leaving Larry King Live yesterday. She was there to chat about her involvement in Rock the Vote and urge young Americans to exercise their rights in the upcoming election. Christina opened up about her controversial ad with Max, how she was inspired by Madonna, and her own growing interest in politics. Things got a little awkward when Larry called Christina a soft singer, but she handled it gracefully and corrected him about her powerhouse vocal chords. Soon we'll be able to catch her on our small screens in the ad, singing "America the Beautiful" to a flag-swaddled Max.
