Lil Jon and Nene-Inspired Strategies From The Celebrity Apprentice: "Off the Hook"

This week's episode, "Off the Hook," of The Celebrity Apprentice was a Nene Leakes vs. Lil Jon showdown.

This week's episode, "Off the Hook," of The Celebrity Apprentice was a Nene Leakes vs. Lil Jon showdown. The reality TV star and rap mogul went head-to-head while leading their teams to produce a commercial for ACN, a telecommunications company. Although I wish I kept count of how many curse words came out of their mouths, I was able to catch some great pointers for working professionals. Check them out:

"We lost against Gary Busey . . . Are you kidding me? — Nene

Their morale was low after last week's loss, but I was happy to see the women regroup and take the next challenge head on. After making several mistakes or losing an account to an inexperienced competitor, as a team leader, you must recognize and correct the team's internal faults.

Ladies & Gentlemen of the Music World Feel the Spirit of Life

Some of the biggest names in the music industry came out last night for the Spirit of Life Award Dinner in LA, honoring Universal Music Group CEO Doug Morris for his commitment to philanthropy.

Some of the biggest names in the music industry came out last night for the Spirit of Life Award Dinner in LA, honoring Universal Music Group CEO Doug Morris for his commitment to philanthropy. Rihanna, Mariah, and Adam Levine were just a few who showed off their vocal talents on stage, while Gwen Stefani and Sheryl Crow cheered from the audience. Nick Cannon was right there for Mariah after her performance, but Rihanna was without her constant companion Chris Brown, making us wonder if there's any truth to the rumors that she's got a new man. Jay-Z posed with his protege before kicking off his tour with the help of DJ AM later in the night.

Celebrities (and Sightings) Still Cycling Through Sundance

While my exhausted tail returned to San Francisco last night, the fun rolls on at Sundance with a whole new group of celebs coming into town to brave the cold and show off their movies.

While my exhausted tail returned to San Francisco last night, the fun rolls on at Sundance with a whole new group of celebs coming into town to brave the cold and show off their movies. Other than Diddy, who was mostly there to show off his vodka. Lukas Haas separated himself from Leonardo DiCaprio long enough to premiere his movie, Death in Love which Buzz and I saw last night — totally disturbing (though Adam Brody was really cute in it) — before also seeing him out to breakfast this morning. It's going to be a while before I can look at him in the same way. Buzz was there to see Meg Ryan, Felicity Huffman and William H. Macy at the premiere of Meg/William's cute movie The Deal on Tuesday night, while my only other sighting of these folk was Virgina Madsen at the premiere of her movie Diminished Capacity. I had such a blast at the festival, and be sure to check out all my partner in crime's thoughts plus all the news about movies being bought over on Buzz.
