As expected, Britney Spears arrived in Kentwood on Friday with Jayden James and Sean Preston for the boys' first trip since she lost custody earlier this year. She was greeted with a hug from Lynne, and her brother Bryan and dad Jamie were also out on the tarmac for the reunion. Britney is managing a busy schedule as she gears up for her new album, which includes a new single "Kill the Lights" that most of you are into and launching a MySpace page with photos of her auditioning male dancers. She'll even miss Thanksgiving since she'll be performing on a French show, Star Academy, during the holiday. Unfortunately the weekend reunion took a turn for the scary when Jayden had to be rushed to the hospital suffering from a suspected seizure. Apparently Britney spent the night there with her son and Bryan was spotted at the hospital this morning with Sean Preston. No word yet on JJ's condition today but our thoughts are with the family and hopefully the toddler will be back home soon.

Jamie Lynn Spears had some help from her mom Lynne taking Maddie out to run some errands and stop off for a doctor's appointment in McComb, MS yesterday. Jamie Lynn recently had to deny rumors that she is pregnant again and for now it looks like she's focusing on keeping the baby she has healthy with a checkup. With Jamie out in LA with Britney, Lynne splitting time between her two daughters, and Brit's recent lucky legal turn, there's no big Spears trouble looming on the horizon. Considering Jamie's defense for Britney in her trial was that her real home is in Louisiana, maybe there will even be more Spears family reunion time coming soon.

Britney Spears looked bubbly, Starbucks in hand as usual, on her way into a nail salon in LA yesterday. Britney's "Womanizer" video had us all excited this weekend and now those dance moves are stepping on stage. She recently said that she was definitely going to be on the road performing soon and now it's official — Britney will tour next Spring, produced by AEG live, which is known for international stadium shows. While seeing Britney back in her element will surely excite her fans around the world, she has to be in tip-top shape before she puts that sort of nightly strain on herself again. Hopefully when the day comes, a stadium full of screaming fans will keep this big grin on her face as she wows us with those signature dance moves again.

While promoting her new book, Through the Storm, Lynne Spears spoke candidly about losing control of her daughter, Britney, when the pop star was 17. During the interview the mama talked about her daughter's entrance into show biz at a very young age, how she traveled with a family friend and the honeymoon period and dark side of fame. Do you think it's realistic of this mama-turned-author to say that young Britney was responsible for launching her own career?

It was a big reunion weekend for the Spears family, as Grandma Lynne cozied up to Maddie on Thursday before the big birthday celebration for Sean Preston and Jayden James on Saturday. Britney and Jamie Lynn were ready to unwind after the festivities, heading to Blockbuster to pick up a movie. While family was clearly the most important thing on Britney's mind, her upcoming album continued to create buzz, getting a release date and a name! Circus will be released on her birthday, December 2, with the first single, "Womanizer," heading our way on September 22. While we were hoping for a big VMA comeback performance, we're more than happy to wait a short week to find out if the pop star we know and love is finally really coming back this time.

After spending all day Saturday and Sunday with her boys thanks to increased visitation privileges, Britney Spears headed out to Mother's Day dinner with her own mom Lynne at Sur in LA last night. Looks like a happy holiday for Brit, and this morning Kevin's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, went on the Today Show to talk about the new arrangement. On Britney and Kevin's relationship:

"If you're going to have two parents participate in the lives of raising their children . . . there has to be some camaraderie between them for that to be a meaningful expectation and reality. . . . When you go from where things were, when there was no visitation, to where they are now there will be some contact . . . there'd be some ability to exchange a camaraderie that is necessary and a function of co-parenting together."

Finally sounds like Britney and Kevin are in a good place working together to raise their boys. While he skirted around the question of the two doing TV together — questionable call? — we don't have long to wait to see Brit on the small screen again. You're all as excited as we are to see Brit on HIMYM again tonight!

Jamie Lynn Spears went out to her usual Kentwood haunts including Connie's Jewelry and Gifts and Nyla's Burger Basket (remind you of Brit's short stint in the restaurant business?) yesterday and this time she was joined by her mom Lynne. Momma Spears — well, one of them these days — has been bouncing back and forth between her daughters these days and while we already heard what she has to say about Brit's situation, she has some words for Jamie Lynn, too. She said, "I’m a bit disappointed that my youngest daughter got pregnant at such an early age...All I can do is turn to God for answers and just leave it in his hands." Seems a little late for disappointment, but hey, 2008 is the year for Spears.

Boobalicious Britney was spotted with her mother in Beverly Hills yesterday continuing to be in good spirits. She has been on her best behavior these days thanks to her family who have been surrounding Brit with people who actually have her best interests at heart. Daddy Jamie is supposedly working on the long overdue Justin reunion but we think that rumor may be just that. Apparently everyone wants Brit to get the closure she needs from her first love broken heart. In the meantime, Britney continues to fulfill her day with her multiple frozen coffee drink habit and the gym.
