Maggie Grace is having a moment. Not only is she winning rave reviews for her performance in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2, but this Friday, she'll light up the big screen as disillusioned twenty-something Sophie Conway in the new indie flick Flying Lessons. And, while you can't simply snag her talent or her box office success, Maggie's rockin' body may be more accessible than you think.
Celebrity yoga instructor Matthew Reyes, who trains the actress at YogaHop in Santa Monica, recently shared Maggie's go-to move for sculpting sexy shoulders. "Dolphin Pose takes care of her shoulders, triceps and abs," says Reyes. "They all get defined and when Maggie holds the pose, gets her sweating and burning calories."


It does look like your typical chase flick, complete with a flashy car and high-speed sequences (hence the name).
