The actor was promoted to series regular after putting in a swoon-worthy season as Alcide and Joe has another huge milestone to celebrate. Get ready for another True Blood wedding since Joe just got engaged to girlfriend Audra Marie! He recently told us he planned to chow down during the hiatus but is back to pumping iron now that the break is coming to a close. While the hit HBO vampire show won't be back for several months, fans can catch a glimpse of Joe's costar Alexander Skarsgard at the upcoming Spike Scream Awards Saturday.

David Beckham treated his fans to two big moments during last night's LA Galaxy match in Chester, PA; his corner kick provided the game-winning assist in the 1-0 triumph and he peeled off his jersey to give us a peek at those abs at the end of the night. Becks has been in Pennsylvania practicing for the past few days, while his wife's passionate words provided us with our favorite quote of the week. She's the November Marie Claire cover girl, and inside the magazine she not only waxed poetic about his shirtless, and naked, form, but she also said their love is stronger than ever despite their recent trying times.

Here's a little humpday manjoyment — Tom Cruise, nice and shirtless, performing his own stunts today on the Prague set of Mission Impossible 4! He's been logging long hours working on the film, but instead of showing off his six-pack, Tom's worn costumes like a military uniform and even a Bruce Springsteen tee. Tom's giving his all to the current project, but the actor's still investigating future movies and costars. The latest rumor has Tom potentially reuniting with his A Few Good Men costar Jack Nicholson for El Presidente, though neither star has confirmed their roles just yet.

Here's to kicking off a short work week with manjoyment in the form of shirtless Ryan Phillippe and Mark Salling! The two actors were in Puerto Rico for a charity Hollywood Domino tournament and spent their downtime testing the water in the ocean and sipping drinks. Mark's character on Glee, the womanizing Puck, is mohawk-free in season two and we can only hope that they find a way to show off those abs too. Next up for Ryan, he'll be taking this toned, tanned body to the Toronto Film Festival to premiere The Bang Bang Club. Even in the trailer, Ryan strips down to display the six-pack, which earned him a spot in the sweet 16 of our August bracket. Happy Friday manjoyment! Taylor Lautner stripped off his shirt to film Abduction in Pennsylvania yesterday. His washboard abs were made famous by his Twilight saga character Jacob Black's many shirtless scenes, and it looks like he's not slacking on the workouts before Breaking Dawn. While promoting Eclipse, Taylor joked to us that he'd be keeping his six-pack covered up in his next roles, but it seems like the script calls for this amazing view after all — no complaints here. Taylor's shooting schedule might keep him from this year's Teen Choice Awards, but he's up for 11 and voting is going on now, so we'll see if the Twilight fans can once again make sure the series and its stars sweep the whole thing.
