Christina Aguilera and her son Max got into the Halloween spirit with a trip to the pumpkin patch in LA today, like so many other cute Hollywood families have done in the past. Their fun day out came hours after Christina legally filed for divorce following news of her split from Jordan Bratman earlier this week. The couple, who were together for five years, apparently separated last month and have a prenup that won't allow Jordan to seek spousal support. Christina released a statement on Tuesday saying that their commitment to Max "remains as strong as ever," while Jordan, who's been going about his business, hasn't commented.

The two-year-old's style was perfect for window shopping or a trip to the park. It looks like the little guy's sense of fun has rubbed off on his mom. Christina recently said that Max has "brought out a more playful side" of her.
