Taylor Swift and Harry Styles made separate exits out of their NYC hotel this morning. She attended last night's Ripple of Hope Gala in the Big Apple, decked out in a ready-for-the-holidays sequined dress. The benefit, which was organized by the Robert F. Kennedy Center For Justice & Human Rights, was also attended many of her new Kennedy pals. Taylor, who performed on stage later in the night, first said hi to Kerry Kennedy and Robert Kennedy Jr. Robert posed on the carpet alongside his girlfriend, Suburgatory star Cheryl Hines. Melanie Griffith and Antonio Banderas also attended, as did emcee Alec Baldwin and his wife, Hilaria Thomas, and Homeland's Mandy Patinkin.

Afterward, Taylor's night wasn't over — she met up with One Direction's Harry Styles! Taylor Swift and Harry Styles have grown close, and were even seen exploring NYC's Central Park Zoo together over the weekend. The two hit the town last night, and later returned to her hotel.

Cameron Diaz wore Rachel Roy in Las Vegas last night for a star-studded CinemaCon event. She was on hand to honor DreamWorks CEO Jeffrey Katzenberg at the Will Rogers Motion Picture Pioneers Foundation dinner and mingled with other celebs like Melanie Griffith, Antonio Banderas, Jack Black, and Brooklyn Decker. Cameron's off in Nevada after a stint in NYC, where she attended a benefit Monday to raise funds for science labs in urban schools.

All the traveling has allowed Cameron to catch up with her pals. Her former jet-setting companion, ex-boyfriend Alex Rodriguez, hasn't been accompanying her since their split. Alex did, though, share kinds words about Cameron recently. Alex Rodriguez gushed about Cameron, saying, "I don't like talking about my relationships. But I will tell you about CD: She's probably one of the greatest human beings I've ever met, and just an amazing light."

Salma Hayek hit the red carpet in Madrid last night on the arm of her husband, Francois-Henri Pinault, for the 2012 Goya Awards, the Spanish equivalent of the Oscars. She was joined by her Puss in Boots costar Antonio Banderas and his wife Melanie Griffith. Salma was in attendance as a presenter and nominee, having earned an accolade for her work in La Chispa de la Vida. Antonio was likewise up for an honor thanks to his role in The Skin I Live In.

Antonio lost to Jose Coronado, but Antonio's film still won in four other categories. The Artist, which also fared well in Spain, added another win to their long list of accolades with the best European film award. The Artist could be a major winner this weekend when the Academy Awards roll into Hollywood on Sunday. Rachel McAdams changed into a semi-sheer Marchesa gown for the premiere of her new Woody Allen movie during the Cannes Film Festival this evening. She and boyfriend Michael Sheen were also together this morning at the Midnight in Paris photocall, though they seemed to show even more PDA at tonight's event — Michael sweetly helped with her dress as she ascended the stairs, and they huddled close while posing alongside costars Owen Wilson, Adrien Brody, and the French actress Lea Seydoux. Rachel and Michael made the trip to France together in order to promote the comedy after a stay in LA doing press and hanging out with his 12-year-old daughter, Lily.

The Cannes Film Festival kicked off with a star-studded opening ceremony that had the red carpet full of famous faces in the French city today. Salma Hayek posed in a gorgeous Gucci Première gown with her husband, Francois-Henri Pinault, on her arm, while model Karolina Kurkova stopped for the cameras solo in a blue Armani Prive. Uma Thurman, in a white Versace number, was accompanied by fellow judges Robert De Niro and Jude Law as they made their way up the grand staircase. Longtime couple Melanie Griffith and Antonio Banderas were also on hand for the start of the festivities, as was international actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who wore Elie Saab. They all made their way inside the Palais des Festivals, where Uma, Jude, and Robert took the stage while Woody Allen and more watched from the audience. The event was just the first of many that will take place in the next week, with expected attendees Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Johnny Depp, Penelope Cruz, and Sean Penn all making their way to the luxurious South of France to join in the fun.

Javier Bardem and his handsome, clean-shaven face were the center of attention at last night's LA screening of Biutiful. The film earned a Golden Globe nomination in the Best Foreign Picture category, though Javier's lack of an acting nod was one of our biggest surprises from yesterday's announcement. The Screen Actors Guild list is out tomorrow, so perhaps we will still be seeing Javier receive award season accolades. Outside of his professional success, Javier has had a landmark year in terms of his personal life. His Summer wedding to Penelope Cruz was among our favorite celebrity nuptials, and the newlyweds are expecting their first baby in 2011! Penelope's bump is well covered up in the first Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides trailer, though hopefully we'll be seeing more of the adorable couple's PDA as they prepare for their exciting arrival.
