Ohhh-kay. This week's Grey's Anatomy has left me confused, like I tumbled down the Seattle Grace rabbit hole and came up in a world where nothing made any sense. Hollywood was getting into the holiday shopping spirit last night as lots of celebrities came together for Vogue's Alberta Ferretti party to celebrate her new flagship store. Nicole Richie looked gorgeous with a cute and cleaned up Joel Madden on her arm, out for another night with Nicky Hilton and David Katzenberg. Lucy Liu smiled and chatted with the designer, Marisa Tomei, and Nicole. Later on, at a dinner at Bar Marmont, January Jones and Emmy Rossum shared some laughs. Rachel Zoe brought her husband, and it looks like all the old drama between her and Nicole must be over as the two chatted. Even new Grey's doctor Melissa George made an appearance as everyone mingled for a fashionable night of fun.

Grey's Anatomy will welcome two new characters this week, just a week after the sudden departure of Brooke Smith's Dr. Hahn. We've already heard a bit about the two, Sadie and Dr. Virgina Dixon, but this is the first time we'll get to look at them walking the halls of Seattle Grace.

By the way, Kevin McKidd's Dr. Owen Hunt was officially made a regular character — like there was any doubt! — so we'll have him around to treat wounds and complain about the residents' attitudes for a while longer. Kevin McKidd's Dr. Owen Hunt (that's "McArmy" to me) made his return to Grey's Anatomy in the most recent episode, but he's far from the only new doctor we'll be seeing around Seattle Grace this year. Aussies Kylie Minogue and Olivia Newton-John got to represent their home turf at the GDay USA Australia.com Black Tie Gala in LA this weekend. John Travolta had no problem weighing in on the topic of his fellow Scientologist Tom Cruise and those videos that were leaked last week. He said, "[Tom] has – we all have – the right to practice how we feel. It finally becomes unfair." On a brighter note, John was excited to reunite with his Grease co-star, gushing that she was awesome and even declaring, "Olivia, I love you. I honestly love you." after she performed a few of her songs. Aww, Danny and Sandy forever.

It was all about the color at last night's DKNY Delicious Night Fragrance Launch Party in NYC. Zoe Kravitz is somehow already as cool as her parents in her yellow satin dress alongside her friend Rumer Willis who went more understated in strapless black. Christina Ricci was still showing off her lightened locks which look great with her siren-red number up against more subdued outfits like Rashida Jones, who kept it comfy in flats. Best dressed of the night, however, was Ali Larter. I want her dress and boots. That is all. As for the woman of the evening herself, Donna Karan, girlfriend could lay off the accessories. Maybe she should share more than Mystic Tan with her daughter, like half of those layers.
