Katherine Heigl had a special visit from her daughter, Naleigh, yesterday while back on the set of Killers in LA. The girls wrapped up their afternoon before Naleigh headed home and Katherine took off the blond wig for dinner at Katsuya with her husband, Josh Kelley. Katherine probably could have used the low-key night with Josh after the whirlwind week, in which she publicly addressed leaving Grey's Anatomy with her apologetic but tongue-in-cheek cover of Entertainment Weekly.

Katherine Heigl carried Naleigh on Friday evening as they headed into Katherine's parents' house, where they celebrated her sister Meg's newborn baby. That means a cousin for Naleigh, who's settling into life with the Heigl-Kelleys after her adoption two months ago. The party was also timed perfectly for Naleigh's first birthday today, while Katherine turns 31 tomorrow. Katherine and Naleigh will be getting more quality time soon since the actress's belated maternity leave means another break from Grey's Anatomy.

Katherine Heigl and her husband Josh spent yesterday afternoon with her mom Nancy and their daughter Naleigh in LA. It's only been a month since little Naleigh joined their family, and Katherine debuted their new addition while in Atlanta filming Life as We Know It. Katherine Heigl joined up with her Life as We Know It costar Josh Duhamel yesterday in Atlanta. Earlier in the afternoon, she stepped out of her hotel with newly adopted daughter Naleigh — ICYMI, check out all the adorable photos! Naleigh was still by her mom's side for the afternoon of work, though sadly we didn't get a peek at her little face this time around. Katherine and Josh were busy rehearsing scenes that show them as new parents adapting to life with a child, a plot that should make Katherine feel right at home.

Dr. Addison Montgomery may be needed back on the set with all of these new babies! It was not even a week ago when Katherine Heigl announced her adoption plans to the world on Ellen. The Grey's Anatomy star said she always knew she would adopt since she was raised with an adopted sister. The 10-month-old girl is named after Katherine's mother, Nancy and her sister, Margaret Leigh. Combined they are planning on calling the sweet girl Naleigh. The actress also divulged that the wee lass is a special-needs baby, which apparently helped her move the process along quicker than normal. Congratulations to the Kelley family!

Katherine Heigl recently announced her plans to adopt a special-needs baby from Korea, and she stepped out in Atlanta earlier today with her new baby Naleigh Kelley! Naleigh is a combination of her first and middle names, Nancy, after Heigl's mother, and Leigh, which is also Katherine's sister's middle name. Mom and daughter are in Atlanta, as Katherine works on Life as We Know It, which is also the reason she's taking a hiatus from working on Grey's Anatomy. Hopefully the time off from the show will give Katherine and Naleigh a chance to bond, especially with dad Josh around to complete the growing family.
