The couple, who also renewed their vows last year in Paris, reportedly shut down Disneyland to host 250 guests for an over-the-top fete. Mariah shared photos and Vine clips of the ceremony, which included having her arrive in a white Cinderella carriage. Nick dressed up in a white Prince Charming outfit and their twins, Monroe and Moroccan — who were also celebrating their second birthday yesterday — donned matching fairy-tale-themed ensembles. After the ceremony, the couple and their guests partied in Fantasyland, where partygoers could enjoy the rides and the party was treated to a surprise fireworks display.

Mariah isn't the only celebrity who recently renewed her vows — Matt Damon renewed his vows to wife Luciana in St. Lucia earlier this month.

The weekend gave Mariah a break from her hectic American Idol schedule after she and her fellow judges, Keith Urban, Randy Jackson, and Nicki Minaj, auditioned singers in Charlotte, NC, and Baton Rouge, LA, last week. During the shoot in Charlotte, an argument between Mariah and Nicki was captured on camera, and following the spat, Mariah told Barbara Walters she was amping up her security team due to a threat of violence from Nicki. Despite the fued, producers have said the show is going full steam ahead and released a statement saying that they "couldn't imagine a better group" of judges for the competition.
