Lea Michele was the guest of honor last night at Sony X Headphones and Nylon's private dinner and party at Mr. C in Beverly Hills. The celebration toasted Lea's cover for the magazine's September TV issue and the launch of Sony's new headphones, which were developed with The X Factor's own Simon Cowell.

Lucy Hale, a newly engaged Elisha Cuthbert, The Office's B.J. Novak, and The Vampire Diaries actress Kat Graham were among the other notable guests on hand for the soiree. We caught up with Lea before dinner, when she jokingly told us she "begged" the magazine to pick her as the issue's covergirl, and talked about the season premiere of Glee. Lea says that so far this season, most of the scenes she's shot have been opposite Chris Colfer, Corey Monteith, and guest star Kate Hudson. Lea hinted that there will be even more big-name cameos announced soon, and said finding out Kate and Sarah Jessica Parker would both be on the show this season was like a dream come true. She said: "When I found out that we had Kate and Sarah, I was like, I'm sorry — does it get any better than that for a girl my age?"

Matthew McConaughey had pregnant Camila Alves, wearing INC International Concepts, by his side at The Bungalow in Santa Monica last night. They were celebrating Matthew's Nylon Guys cover and the accompanying spread, which has him talking about film roles and family. Matthew also chatted about his wife and kids on the red carpet at the event yesterday, saying that he's been cooking big meals at home for them even though he can't eat them. He's losing weight for his role in The Dallas Buyer's Club but has plans to indulge in a cheeseburger immediately after he's done filming.

Matthew's thinner frame was on display during a recent vacation to Spain with friends. Camila wore a bikini while Matthew went shirtless for the sunny outing — make sure to vote for Matthew and your other favorites in our 2012 Shirtless Bracket!

Josh Hutcherson and Freida Pinto were among the celebs — and past and present Nylon cover stars — who turned out to celebrate the magazine's 13th anniversary last night in LA. The celebration was held at Smashbox Studios in Hollywood. Freida arrived in a Prada dress before settling into the VIP section with her friends and her talent agent. Josh, sporting a fedora and sunglasses despite the late hour, arrived with a friend a while after, and was one of several actors from The Hunger Games at the bash. Dayo Okeniyi, Jacqueline Emerson, and Alexander Ludwig were also at the soiree, and the costars stopped to pose for several photos together during the festivities. The Hunger Games' stars are still riding high on their movie's continued streak of success at the box office. Last weekend, it even beat out the 3D relaunch of Titanic both here and in the UK to take the number-one spot.

Nina Dobrev wore an embellished jacket from McQ for her February 2012 Nylon cover. The Vampire Diaries star also modeled looks from Acne, Jeremy Scott, and Ralph Lauren inside the magazine and worked with her stylist Riawna Capri to create a "vintage Vegas cowgirl" vibe. Nina's quickly becoming a favorite for designers to dress, and for her appearance at the People's Choice Awards earlier this month, she chose a green Elie Saab. The dress was not only beautiful, but apparently comfortable too. Nina was still wearing it when she caught a flight back to Atlanta with boyfriend Ian Somerhalder after the show.

Rachel Bilson layered up for the cover of Nylon's November America issue. Rachel is known as well for her style as she is for her acting work, and the actress opened up about her fashion sense — and even shared the contents of her Chloe purse! — in the magazine. Rachel's currently starring in the CW series Hart of Dixie, but when she's not working, she admits to being quite the homebody. Here's more from Rachel Bilson in Nylon:

• On the contents of her huge Chloe bag: "I feel like Mary Poppins! Look at this, I have a bra in here! All right, let's see what else is here: makeup remover, Advil, nail accessories. . . . Oh! I have socks and a pen in here, too! My wallet, sunglasses, my call sheet, checkbook. . . . I have some Mexican jumping beans! You never know when you may need them!"
• On being a homebody: "I'm all about Netflix and ordering Teen Mom on iTunes. I go to bed at nine! I'm not as interested in going out and partying at night anymore; I'm more set in my ways. I know I sound like an 80-year-old."
• On her fashion sense as a child: "I always had to dress myself, which is very interesting when you're two. My poor mom. There was this one dress, it was my favorite — it was really colorful and big and ridiculous. I wore it until it fell apart. I was a very bossy fashionista when I was three. I feel like if I ever have a daughter, there is going to be some sweet revenge placed on me because of how I was as a kid."

Olivia Wilde stepped out last night in LA for the Nylon August issue launch party on the Mondrian hotel's pool deck. Olivia is home in the City of Angels after joining her costars Daniel Craig and Harrison Ford at the Comic-Con premiere of Cowboys & Aliens in San Diego last week. The actress debuted new bangs as she played host for the bash, which also brought out Paris and Nicky Hilton. Olivia is the magazine's current cover girl and opens up about her recent divorce in the accompanying interview. The newly single Olivia told Nylon she self-medicated with food after her split, joking that it was a better choice than crack cocaine, and also admitted that she's still trying to figure out the dating scene.

Sucker Punch costars Vanessa Hudgens and Abbie Cornish each donned leather to pose for the April issue of Nylon. The movie's cast, which also includes Jena Malone, Jamie Chung, and Emily Browning, did their share of toughening up for their roles in the upcoming fantasy film, with Vanessa even learning to use a tomahawk! The leading ladies talked to the magazine about their fight skills, first impressions of each other, and what gets their adrenaline pumping. Here are some highlights:

• Vanessa on her first reaction to the film: "My adrenaline was kicking, my energy, my spirits were so high that I literally felt like I had just walked out of a rock concert. . . When I saw it, I was literally like, 'Woo, yes! I can do anything! Yay! Go women!' Like, I feel so empowered."
• Abbie on her Limitless costar Bradley Cooper's take on the film: "One night I was having dinner with Bradley Cooper and he was like, 'If [the cast of the A-Team] had played paintball with [the cast of Sucker Punch] you would have kicked our butts.' It's like, 'Yeah, we know.'"
• Vanessa on being impressed with her costars: "I remember walking in the very first day, and Jena [Malone] is stretching her back from side to side, and I remember looking at her like, 'Damn! Look at the back on that chica!' She was so cut! I was blown away by her back muscles. I was like, 'Okay, I'm a little bit intimidated, I must admit.'"
