After a busy week in NYC, Kristen Stewart headed to the airport today to wrap up her trip. Kristen was on the go during her time in the Big Apple, first making an appearance at the 12/12/12 charity concert for Hurricane Sandy relief. Kristen was in town to do press for her new film, On the Road. She made quite the fashion splash when she premiered the movie yesterday while wearing a see-through Erdem minidress.

After the premiere, Kristen headed to the afterparty to hang out with her costars Kirsten Dunst and Garrett Hedlund, and rock legend Patti Smith. Patti, who is adapting her bestselling memoir Just Kids for the screen, recently revealed that she would like to cast Kristen and Robert Pattinson to play herself and photographer Robert Mapplethorpe in the film version of the book. She said, "I remember the very first time I saw Kristen Stewart and Rob Pattinson together, when they were younger, and I thought, Those two kids could have easily played us when they were first starting."

Leonardo DiCaprio Debuts Django in NYC With Cameron Diaz's Support

Leonardo DiCaprio debuted Django Unchained in NYC last night.

Leonardo DiCaprio debuted Django Unchained in NYC last night. Leo was joined by his costars Jamie Foxx and Samuel L. Jackson, as well as director Quentin Tarantino, on the red carpet. Leo, who is currently filming The Wolf of Wall Street, also celebrated alongside pals Olivia Wilde, John Legend, Liv Tyler, and Cameron Diaz. Leo and Cameron have been seeing a lot of each other lately, as they were spotted celebrating for charity in NYC back in November.

Django's premiere came just ahead of today's SAG nominations. Despite all the award season buzz around the film, it received zero nominations. Nonetheless, early reviews for Django Unchained are excellent. Audiences will get to see Quentin's latest for themselves when it arrives in theaters on Christmas day, Dec. 25.

The annual amfAR benefit brought out well-dressed celebs like Michelle Williams, Jennifer Lopez, and James Franco to pose on the red carpet, and the star-studded fun continued inside. J Lo took the stage in her pink Cavalli creation to entertain the crowd with Marc Anthony by her side, with Michelle Williams later stepping in front of the microphone and showing off her short dress. Ryan Gosling was the main attraction, though, as he auctioned off a kiss to a lucky lady, who was dressed as a man.

Kate Beckinsale wore Armani and a sweeping updo as she addressed the audience, along with Marion Cotillard and Benicio Del Toro. Emily Blunt, whose fiance, John Krasinski, is back in NY working on Something Borrowed, instead cuddled up to irresistible Ryan. The event's organizer Sharon Stone wasn't able to attend and instead delivered a video message, but her absence didn't get in the way of the night being a success and raising $6.7 million for AIDS charities.

Vanessa Paradis played host at last night's special dinner celebrating Chanel's new Rouge Coco de Chanel lipsticks. Kate Bosworth also put on one of Karl Lagerfeld's designs for the event, which brought out a crowd including Rachel Zoe, Nina Garcia, and more. The attendees are gearing up for Fashion Week, which starts tomorrow, but Vanessa and Kate had love on the mind before Valentine's Day. Vanessa made a rare comment on her longtime love, Johnny Depp, saying, "I like him very much in all terms and every sense of the way . . . He makes me happy. We are many things — we are together and, in a way, one person."

Kate, meanwhile, was all about her own guy, Alexander Skarsgard, despite arriving at the bash with socialite and Born Rich director Jamie Johnson. "We are very good friends," she said of Alex. "He's a wonderful, wonderful man. I adore him." The stylish crowd moved on after their meal to the club Good Units for Interview magazine's 40th anniversary party, where Kate was spotted letting loose with Vogue writer Derek Blasberg as Chloe Sevigny, Mary-Kate Olsen, and her boyfriend Nate Lowman danced nearby.

Johnny Depp Makes His Work a Family Affair

Johnny Depp wasn't at yesterday's Grammys, but he was hard at work on a musical project of his own in LA.

Johnny Depp wasn't at yesterday's Grammys, but he was hard at work on a musical project of his own in LA. He joined Keith Richards and Patti Smith to work on a documentary about the legendary Rolling Stones star, with Vanessa Paradis even bringing their kids Lily-Rose and Jack along to check out the scene. Johnny has another rock and roll project in the works, as he's set to team up with singers Nick Cave and Shane MacGowan to record a charity single benefitting Haiti. Johnny loves hitting the stage with his friends, and it sounds like Ozzy Osbourne has another project in mind for Johnny to combine rocking out and acting.

Tim Burton was the man of the hour at the MoMA exhibit paying tribute to his amazing work and imagination in NYC yesterday. He had Helena Bonham Carter on one arm and his good friend Johnny Depp on the other as stars came out to celebrate Tim. With fans already excited for Alice in Wonderland, Tim's art lined the walls at the museum. Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen were among the attendees as was Ashley Greene who looked refreshed in an LBD despite a long week of New Moon promotion including Monday's big premiere. She looked amazing as usual — check out how to get her makeup look here — and made us smile on the red carpet with her adorable personality. Overall, Tim's big night at the MoMA lived up to his eccentric personality and amazing talent with an exhibit that his fans can now enjoy.

Irina Lazareanu's Album Is Maybe, Finally, Going to Drop

>> Irina Lazareanu has been working with Sean Lennon on her album, Some Place Along the Way, since 2006, but it looks like 2008 is the year we'll finally get to have a listen to the final product.  Tuesday night, the musician-cum-model said the album, which is produced by Patti Smith and features some songs by Irina's close friend/maybe boyfriend Pete Doherty, is due out in September: "All we need to do is get Sean [Lennon] and Patti in the same town and make sure Pete's not in prison and we can get rolling."  As for potential stagewear, Balenciaga is her staple, "but I find brands like Ann Demeulemeester and Martin Margiela also look fabulous on stage." For a preview of the folkiness to come, here's Irina's duet with Sean, "Strange Places," which debuted in July 2006:

Music Video: Patti Smith, "Smells Like Teen Spirit"

Finally, we can understand all the lyrics to Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit" — and while watching a beautifully languid video.

Finally, we can understand all the lyrics to Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit" — and while watching a beautifully languid video. It's been more than a month since punk legend Patti Smith released her covers album called Twelve, featuring her take on such songs as "The Boy In the Bubble" by Paul Simon, the Rolling Stones's "Gimme Shelter," Jefferson Airplane's "White Rabbit." But it was worth the wait for this video of Smith's "Teen Spirit" cover, which premiered today on AOL's Spinner.

Not only is the song great, but the visuals are, too. Stark and intimate, the black-and-white video calls to mind both French New Wave film and home movies. (Also: very cute cat footage.) As Smith explained to Spinner, "Smells Like Teen Spirit" was one of the more difficult covers she chose to do:

"I always wanted to do a covers album, but I didn't really feel I had the range to do the kind of album I wanted to do," Smith told Spinner. "As the project evolved, a lot of the songs on the [original] list didn't make the final cut, and a lot of songs that I didn't plan on doing wound up being the ones I chose. They're all special to me for different reasons. But Nirvana was the most emotional experience."

It was all about the Rock and Roll at the Waldorf Astoria in NYC last night as musicians young and old gathered to celebrate the latest inductees into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Among this year's honorees are REM, Van Halen and Grandmaster Flash. As usual, Jay-Z was the most dapper man in the room as he read his speech from his Blackberry, "Thirty years later, rappers have become rock stars, movie stars, leaders, educators, philanthropists, even CEOs. None of this would have been possible without the work of these men." Congratulations to all who are now part of the club! So, who was your favorite hall of famer this year?
