Stella McCartney had her usual roster of celebrities in the front row today during Paris Fashion Week. Kate Moss, Salma Hayek, and Paul McCartney were among those out to see Stella's Spring 2013 collection. Jerry Seinfeld even made the trek to France for the show! Kate made the rounds with her pal Mario Testino after lunching at Café de Flore, while Salma brought her husband, Francois-Henri Pinault, whose PPR company owns Stella's line. Rachel Zoe also stepped out with her man, Rodger Berman. Today, commoners, Queen Elizabeth, and pop royalty gathered at Buckingham Palace for the BBC's Diamond Jubilee concert at Buckingham Palace to celebrate the monarch's 60 years on the throne. Unfortunately, in the midst of her Diamond Jubilee Central Weekend, the queen is dealing with some trying circumstances, as her husband, Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh, was rushed to the hospital today with a bladder infection. Locals told BBC they feel for the royal couple, especially since Prince Philip will no longer be able to attend the rest of the Central Weekend events that include today's concert and tomorrow's service and carriage ride.

But the show must go on, and the queen still attended the Diamond Jubilee concert today (with earplugs in!) along with young royals Prince William, Kate Middleton, Prince Harry, Zara Phillips, and Princess Beatrice. The star-studded event kicked off at 7:30 p.m. London time, and the public and royal family members alike — 12,000 people in total — jammed to music by Elton John, will.i.am, Paul McCartney, Stevie Wonder, Kylie Minogue, Robbie Williams, and more on a stage built around the Queen Victoria Memorial in front of Buckingham Palace. Before the firework celebration ended the evening, Prince Charles introduced his "mummy," as he called her, and gave a touching speech in her honor. See the concert festivities now!

Alicia Keys wore one of Stella's designs to sit in the front row along with Salma Hayek and François-Henri Pinault, whose family's company owns a stake in the label. Stella's dad, Paul McCartney, posed with his pink-clad wife Nancy Shevell. Paul's other children, Mary and James McCartney, also came out to witness Stella's Fall 2012 presentation, as did Jefferson Hack and Vogue's Anna Wintour. The Stella McCartney Fall 2012 collection was full of sporty, chic pieces, and many famous models like Natalia Vodianova and Karlie Kloss hit the runway on Stella's behalf. Alicia went to France to fit in a few stylish shows, having also attended Givenchy yesterday.

Paul's children James, Stella, and Beatrice went on the Caribbean trip too. Fifty-one-year-old Nancy wore a bikini for their day in the sun that included lounging by the water, swimming, and even snorkeling. Both the McCartneys and the Laurens just wrapped up exciting 2011s! Lauren and David married at Ralph's Colorado ranch in September, while Paul and Nancy tied the knot in London during October.

Paul McCartney and Nancy Shevell married in London yesterday, and this morning, they headed off on their first out-of-town trip as husband and wife! Nancy and Paul wed in front of 30 close friends and family members, and then invited 120 people over to their home for the reception. On her way inside, legendary '60s model Twiggy said of Nancy, "Nancy is fabulous! She's definitely The One. I'm going to go and give him a big kiss. We're very, very happy. We love them to bits!" Other guests include Rolling Stone Ronnie Wood, director Sam Taylor-Wood and her boyfriend Aaron Johnson, and Kate Moss, who was apparently among the last to leave at 3 a.m. today. Mark Ronson manned the DJ booth while his own new bride, Josephine de la Baume, partied with Paul's kids Stella, James, Mary, and Beatrice McCartney. The menu for the party included vegetarian food that the McCartneys are known to love, as well as two cakes, one vegan and one chocolate. Paul even serenaded Nancy during the bash.
