Rachel Zoe had an activity-filled Saturday with son Skyler and husband Rodger Berman in LA. She took her little one to the park for a trip down a minislide and a few smooches on a swing before meeting up with Rodger to run some errands. Rachel's family time comes just a few days after it was announced that she's switching to a new talent agency. Rachel was previously represented by WME, but now she's moved to CAA. She'll need a new agent to help her manage her various business and entertainment ventures, including her Bravo series, The Rachel Zoe Project, which is currently in its fifth season, and Zoe Media Group, which controls her three newsletters and website, The Zoe Report. Rachel also has an impressive social media presence to manage, including her new Vine account — check out Rachel's account and more celebrities to follow on Vine.

Rachel made the rounds with her husband, Rodger Berman, by her side, saying hello Tobey Maguire's wife, Jennifer Meyer; host Jacqui Getty; and more. Demi showed up solo, sporting a sexy black dress with knee-high boots, after stopping by the Matt Damon-hosted episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live. Emma Roberts, meanwhile, mingled with pal Gia Coppola. It was a busy night for Nicole, as well, who was on double duty after also attending the Elle Women in Television event.

The night wasn't just for actresses. Rachel Zoe and her husband, Rodger Berman, also dropped by the event to take some of the edge off of a hectic award season. Rachel is spending a lot of time with her family before award season starts up in a few weeks. Her longtime client Anne Hathaway was nominated for a Golden Globe and a SAG Award for her performance in Les Misérables, and Rachel will most likely dress her for all the big events. Jennifer Garner will also be in need of her services if she walks the red carpet at award shows with husband Ben Affleck, who has racked up numerous nominations for Argo.

Rachel and Rodger Swing Into a Shopping Day With Skyler
Skyler Berman got a lift from his parents, Rachel Zoe and Rodger Berman, while out in Beverly Hills yesterday. The trio went shopping after kicking off their Halloween celebrations over the weekend. Rachel, Rodger, and Skyler attended Gwen Stefani's costume party on Saturday afternoon, when Skyler dressed up as a cowboy. That night, though, it was Rodger and Rachel who were in Halloween gear at a bash. Rodger wore a vampire outfit while Rachel looked glamorous in a flapper costume. Rachel has more reason to celebrate besides the haunted holiday since The Rachel Zoe Project has been renewed for a fifth season and she's working on a scripted TV series based on her life.

Rachel and Rodger also went to Monday night's Council of Fashion Designers of America Awards.
We were on the red carpet at the CFDA Awards and grabbed a moment with Rachel before she headed inside. She told us she looked at the event as a chance to unwind and catch up with her fashionable friends. The night was work-free for Rachel following last month's more labor-intensive Met Gala, where she dressed model Karolina Kurkova in a custom-made gown of her design.
